Luxe kamers en ontbijt was top
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt was erg lekker met genoeg keuzes waar je uit kunt kiezen. Smart tv voor in de avond met o.a. Youtube

Superb location, subpar food quality.
Pros:

One of the best hotel location in Surabaya. Convenience Store, food, coffee shop, and shopping mall just across the hotel. Many landmark of Surabaya also within walkable distance. Very recommended for people who wanted to explore central Surabaya.

Cons:

Food quality is subpar. Nothing really standout from breakfast buffet. Attended wedding reception here and the food also subpar. Swimming pool access is rather confusing. Gym is without rental towel available. Water station also not cold.

Recommended stay at Morazen
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was warm and welcoming throughout. Stayed at the executive room, comfiest bed i’ve ever slept on.

Special thanks to Kikan at reception for being so friendly and helpful, and to Gita, the restaurant manager, for making every dining experience smooth and enjoyable. The jamu drinks were a highlight—my mum absolutely loved them!

Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Would definitely come back!

Mooi hotel

Cons:

Het was vies, vriendin en ik kwamen aangelopen met de backpacks en ze namen ons niet serieus. Hebben wel gratis kamer upgrade gekregen. Maar overal waren vlekken in de bekleding en de douche was niet echt heel schoon.

Very nice clean hotel, excellent staff in a good location close to the train station
Pros:

We very much enjoyed our short stay at Morazen. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed the food and service there too.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little small but really no problem.
