Pros:

Reception was good enough, but we couldn't understand each other to the end anyway.

Cons:

The classic music in 6.30-that strange, it made me up. I think music in lobby might be more relaxing.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our experience at Morazen Hotel Surabaya was nothing short of exceptional. I would gladly give this hotel five stars and recommend it to anyone visiting Surabaya.

I would especially like to recognize Mira, the Assistant Director of Catering. She did an absolutely amazing job coordinating our engagement celebration and managing every reservation. Mira went far above and beyond her responsibilities to make sure everything was perfect and that we were happy every step of the way. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made our special day unforgettable. She treated us like family, and we will always be grateful for everything she did.

I also want to thank Rosi, our concierge, for the outstanding assistance he provided. From meeting us at the airport to helping us get settled into the hotel, he made our arrival smooth and stress-free. His kindness, organization, and willingness to help made a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay.

Our rooms were beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The hall we rented for our engagement was elegant and exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding, and every meal was delicious. What impressed me most, however, was the level of service throughout the hotel. Every member of the staff was kind, respectful, professional, and eager to help. No matter what we needed, it was handled quickly and with a genuine smile.

It is rare to find a hotel where every aspect of your stay exceeds expectations, but Morazen Hotel accomplished exactly that. The exceptional hospitality shown by Mira, Rosi, and the entire staff made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences I have ever had.
