Very helpful and kind staff
Pros:

We stayed here twice when staying in Hanoi. Unfortunately the first night there was a fire in the building next door, staff handled this so well and everyone was relocated to a hotel close by. They also offered a laundry service and had our clothes back to us the next day. The young lady and young man at reception, unfortunately didn’t get their names, were so kind and helpful.

The location of the hotel was perfect! Just a few minutes away from all the shops in the city center. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was super friendly, and the air conditioning worked well.
