Pros:

Excellent location. A quiet street between 2 busy streets. The metro is within walking distance. A cozy, clean room that has everything you need for 7-10 days of life. Cleaning once every 3 days. It is absolutely safe for those who are worried about theft.

Cons:

In our room, in the shower 2 times in the morning, there was an unpleasant smell from the ventilation. Obviously, the ventilation was not working properly. This was the only drawback.

Pros:

Staff lovely. Very comfortable room with good facilities. Also really good communal space with free coffee and soft drinks. Excellent kitchen and laundry available. Very close to subway and easy to walk to Forbidden City.

Cons:

Only issue was grouting in shower area looked dirty but just stained.

Pros:

Excellent location - very very close to everything and quiet because it is in the backstreet.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
There is free nespresso coffee and soft drinks all day.
The bed and pillows were comfortable for us.
The free laundry was great.

Cons:

I found this hotel to be more like a hostel really - I didn't really like it. The rooms are very basic and given the price I didn't think it was great value.
There is a code to enter the building and the room which I didn't enjoy and we had to download the app while checking in - for the price we paid I thought I had booked a full service hotel.

Large, comfortable utilitarian room in a friendly hotel with an outstanding location.
Pros:

Subway stop on the corner made it VERY easy to get around the city. Close walking distance to the Forbidden City, Wangfujing Pedestrian Street and many hutongs. Vibrant area full of shops and restaurants but a quiet experience because the property is one one of those side streets. Friendly staff. Free nespresso whenever I wanted. App-based smart room controls.

Cons:

The rooms are minimalist but comfortable. I’d rather pay for location than luxury, anyway.

Limpio, amplio y bien ubicado, con ciertas cosas mejorables
Pros:

Está en una zona bastante céntrica y muy buena para hacer turismo. Tienes Wangfujing Street, una calle comercial muy famosa, a menos de 10 minutos andando, la Ciudad Prohibida a unos 20 minutos y el metro a escasos 5.
La habitación era amplia, limpia y muy cómoda. Además, contaba con todo tipo de amenities: champú, toallas, zapatillas, etc. La chica de la recepción sí hablaba inglés.

Cons:

Al hotel se accede atravesando una cafetería, que cuando nosotros estuvimos se encontraba en obras y daba una primera impresión bastante mala. Una vez dentro, la sensación es más la de un hostel que la de un hotel, ya que cuenta con cocina y salón comunitarios y no ofrece servicio de desayuno.
Otra cosa que nos sorprendió fue la frecuencia de limpieza de las habitaciones: solo se realiza cada 3 noches, por lo que durante nuestra estancia no llegaron a limpiarla. Nos pareció algo poco habitual, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que el precio tampoco era especialmente económico. Lo recomendaría, pero teniendo todo esto ya en mente.
