Pros:

Sijainti oli hyvä ja kylpylä kiva lisä hotellin palveluihin.

Cons:

Huoneemme sijaitsi sivurakennuksessa, jonne mentiin ulkokautta. Huone oli ylimmässä kerroksessa oleva viimeinen huone, jonka kattoparruihin oli roiskittu maalia sinne tänne. Tuli epäsiisti vaikutelma kaikkinensa. Aamiainen näytti paremmalta kuin maistui.

Flott beliggenhet med gangavstand til det meste.
God frokost og veldig koselig restaurant med hyggelig personale.

Cons:

Hadde vært ønskelig at det var mer enn en behandler i spaet slik at vi begge kunne tatt behandling til samme tid.

Komfortables Hotel mit idealer Lage am Rand der Altstadt
Pros:

Schöne Lage direkt am Fluss, nur wenige Meter bis zur Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig, weil wir Zimmer zum Innenhof hatten, umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet mit veganen, lactose- und glutenfreien Angeboten. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal.

Cons:

Zimmerservice gab es nur auf Anforderung. Der Bade- und Saunabereich ist kostenpflichtig.

Все прекрасно !
Pros:

Очень приятный и заботливый персонал ( забыл вещь в номер - быстро связались и вернули - это круто), + сделали бесплатный апгрейд с видом на реку! Прекрасный номер. Хороший завтрак. Приятное расположение. В целом все очень хорошо, поэтому желание вернуться осталось! Спасибо персоналу и лично Анастасии -администратор на ресепшн!!!

Cons:

Есть моменты по номеру: 1. интернет на 4 этаже работал не очень мягко говоря - удаленно работал и постоянно разрывы соединения, пришлось дать раздачу со своего телефона (это минус). 2 - это холодная плитка - подогрев в ванне не работал, босыми ногами не кофортно (минус). 3. ну может маленький TV . 4. Это как пожелание н минус - с дороги бесплатная водичка в номер.

Voisin tulla uudelleen.
Pros:

Huone oli viihtyisä ja riittävän tilava. Näköala oli hyvä. Patja oli hyvä. Äänieristys oli hyvä sillä vieressä olevan todella vilkasliikenteisen kadun kova melu ei kuulunut sisälle. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja myös spa toimiva.

Cons:

Menimme spahan varaamaan aikaa sinne mutta vakava asiakaspalvelija sanoi että aika pitää varata on-line sovelluksella itsepalveluna. Kokeiltiin asiakaspalvelijan tukemana mutta sovellus ei toiminut oikein niin lopulta asiakaspalvelija teki omalta koneeltaan meille varauksen. Kesti kauan.

Pros:

Clean and spacious room, and a tasty breakfast. My room was in a separate part of the hotel, so reaching the breakfast area required going between buildings. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to check out the spa. I was also surprised that using the pool and sauna is not included and requires an additional fee for hotel guests.

Saavuimme hotelliin jo aamulla klo 9. Huoneen saa vasta klo 15.00. Odotus on epämukavaa ja liian pitkä.
Saimme omalta osaltamme keskustelun tuloksena huoneen klo 11.00. Kiitos siitä.
Samoin poislähtiessämme lento oli klo 23.20. huoneen luovutus jo klo 12.00, keskustelun jälkeen klo 13.00. kiitos siitä.
