Super Hotel für Städtetrip nach New York
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine optimale Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar und die Metro ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und sehr gut.

Cons:

במשך יומיים לא ניקו לי את החדר וזאת למרות שהלכתי לבקש במיוחד שיעשו את זה. הזוי בעיניי שדבר כל כך בסיסי לא מבוצע.
המעליות פשוט סיוט. יש 14 קומות ו4 מעליות שמחכים להן נצח.

ספציפית החדר שלי גם היה מאד חשוך, טיפת אור לא נכנסה אליו

Buen hotel para conocer Manhattan
Pros:

He estado alojada una semana con mi familia (2 adultos y 2 adolescentes) y los puntos más positivos que destacaría son:
- La ubicación del hotel. Está cerca de Times Square (unos 15 minutos andando), y cerca de Penn Station, una estación de metro que te permite ir a casi cualquier sitio de Manhattan.
- La limpieza de la habitación. Leí algunos comentarios sobre que no limpiaban a diario la habitación, pero a nosotros todos los días nos la limpiaban y el baño también muy limpio.
- Las camas y las almohadas nos parecieron muy cómodas.
- La habitación tenía microondas (que no llegamos a usar), mininevera y caja fuerte gratuitas.
- La amabilidad del personal, tanto de la zona del desayuno como en recepción.
- El desayuno buffet. Aunque después de unos días acaba siendo repetitivo viene muy bien para empezar el día con algo en el estómago. El horario es bastante amplio.
- Te guardan la maleta si llegas antes del check in o después del check out.
Cuando haces el check in te cobran una fianza de 300$ que te devuelven en unos días. A mí no han tardado más de 3 ó 4 días en devolvérmela.

Cons:

Como puntos negativos comentaría:
- El tamaño de la habitación. Para 4 personas la habitación que nos dieron es bastante justa, al igual que el baño. Como estábamos todo el día fuera tampoco fue mucho problema. Creo que había habitaciones más grandes que la nuestra, pero a nosotros no nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación.
- El armario es diminuto para 4 personas. Apenas cabía la ropa de 1 ó 2 personas como mucho.
- En la zona del desayuno buffet si bajas a partir de las 8:30 tienes dificultades para encontrar sitio para sentarte.
