מלון מתחת לציפיות ולתמונות שראינו כשהזמנו. חדר קטן עם מקלחת קטנה, נראה ישן. בארוחת הבוקר היה אוכל אבל לא היה מקום לשבת, כל כך הרבה אנשים יחסית למתקן. למעליות צריך לחכות הרבה זמן. ניקוי החדר בוצע בשעה מאוחרת מאד. לא ממליץ להזמין את המלון הזה.

Un emplacement idéal avec tout ce qu'il faut à proximité !
Pros:

Habituellement, je réserve des hébergements sans petit déjeuner. Nous voyagions entre amis et l'option avec petit déjeuner étant majoritaire je m'y suis plié. Et, je ne le regrette pas ! Le choix proposé est varié et permet de répondre à tous les goûts. / La chambre est fonctionnelle. / A proximité du métro, cet hôtel permet un accès rapide pour tous les déplacements. Il y a de nombreux commerces à proximité. (Mes amies m'ont fait découvrir 'ESSEN sur la 8th Ave où, on trouve une grande variété de plats chauds et froids.)

Cons:

DYSFONCTIONNEMENT à l'arrivée : Ma carte bancaire défectueuse a été remplacée. Depuis des semaines, j'ai donc prévenu Booking et j'ai envoyé un message à l'hôtel afin d’actualiser les informations. Par sécurité, au lieu de procéder au paiement à l'arrivée, comme je le fais habituellement, j'ai payé la réservation quelques jours avant le départ. A l'accueil, on ne retrouvait pas la réservation. J'ai présenté des preuves du paiement ; on a même voulu me faire à nouveau payer la réservation en me demandant la carte bancaire. Finalement, ça s'est arrangé... après 45 min de discussion et pas mal d'anxiété. / Climatisation défectueuse dans la chambre. (bloquée sur 67°F...)

Súper bien, ubicado cerca de el metro que te conecta con todos los puntos de la ciudad. Trato súper amable incluye el desayuno que es un plus con los precios tan caros que hay en Nueva York
