2x fremde Gäste in unserem Zimmer

Die Hotelzimmer sind sauber und praktikabel ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war immer aufgefüllt und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Cons:

30 Minuten nach unserem Check-In kamen auf einmal weitere Gäste in unser Zimmer. Wir sind mit diesen zur Rezeption gegangen und die anderen Gäste haben ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Uns wurde versichert, dass das nicht noch einmal vorkommt. Wir wollten uns fertig machen, um New York nach einem langen Flug zu entdecken und bekamen dabei weiteren Besuch von neuen Gästen, die Zugang zu unserem Zimmer hatten. An der Rezeption zeigte man wenig Verständnis, dass das ein sehr unsicheres Gefühl hinterlässt. Wir haben dann noch weitere 30 Minuten im Zimmer verbracht , um zu schauen, ob noch wer kommt und haben ab dem Moment immer unsere Koffer verschlossen. Das unsichere Gefühl hat sich durch den ganzen Aufenthalt gezogen und an der Rezeption waren wir nicht die einzigen mit dem Problem. Andere Gäste beschwerten sich ebenfalls, dass sie entweder ungebeten Gästen hatten oder selbst schon zum zweiten Mal in fremde Zimmer reingeplatzt waren. Für ein Hotel zu diesem Preis hätte ich mehr Professionalität oder zumindest einen passablen Umgang mit der Situation erwartet. So haben wir unnötig Zeit im Zimmer verbracht und immer eim ungutes Gefühl beim Verlassen des Hotels.

Perfect place to rest during a city visit!
Pros:

Super nice staff. Many small little touches which made the stay so comfortable. They have an excellent welcoming system and way to take care of the luggage. Super comfy bed and bathroom. So many things in the room like microwave and fridge.

Excellent séjour. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et très propre. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Cons:

We discovered a large wet spot on the carpet near the mirror in the room; I stepped in it and got my socks wet. There was a persistent musty smell in the room.
On the evening of our first day, after a walk around the city, we returned to our room only to find that the electronic key cards weren't working. Tired, we went down to the front desk; they took the keys and returned them five minutes later, saying everything was fine now. We received neither an apology nor an explanation.

Bra läge på manhattan. Sköna sängar.

Nedgångna rum, inte så fräsch lukt.
Ac:n låter extremt mycket, gällde samtliga 5 rummen vi hade. Frukost med papptallrikar och plastbestick, väldigt enkelt utbud.

Near Perfect Stay
Pros:

breakfast was awesome. later check out time was great. staff was so nice and accommodating.

no bathroom in the lobby and the elevator takes forever, but thats out of the staffs control.

Room was spacious, comfy bed and great tv. Breakfast was also very nice.

Cons:

Staff was a bit confused on the days of my visit. Had some trouble with having my room cleaned because of problems in their system.
