In desperate need of a update. Lacking any love and attention.
Pros:

Location to the Winter Gardens to see Dirty Dancing.
Close to the Tower and lots of shops..
Staff were kind and helpful, tried their best.

Cons:

I couldn't hold on to the bannister on the way up, as it felt dirty.
We arrived at room 21, the bedding was clean, budget, cheap bedding and pillows, reminded me of being a student.
The TV worked, but was small and wonky.
The wall paper was peeling off the walls.
The decor in the bathroom was well overdue a make over.
One toilet roll, one plastic cup and a small soap bar are your extras in this room.
Dirty lampshade,
The locks upon our door, need attention.
Old decor throughout the entire building.
