The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful .
The toilet lid When you sat on the toilet the lid would hit/rest on your back. & maybe a lamp/side light near bed. Breakfast would be even more awesome if could be on until a little later say 10.30am but, I guess they've got lots to do if its a full house.
Convenient location for Winter Gardens event and town centre. Room comfortable, excellent breakfast.

No lock on bathroom door and no fan in bathroom. Could also be doing with sign above hot water tap in bathroom as water was very very hot

Great location for a family weekend away. Very friendly helpful staff. Family friendly hotel with child friendly bar that included the England quater final match being live streamed during stay. Good Breakfast.
Decoration in some communal areas was tired, needed refreshing. Rooms were not serviced during stay. No fans in room very hot.
