Qualia Resort Phu Quoc

The breakfast was constantly the same,fruit ,cold meats and eggs, the food was always crawling with ants. We suggested putting covers on the food but our requests were ignored. Myself and my friend lived on eggs for two weeks for breakfast

The images are very misleading- pool and rooms require a good renovation.Toilet seat in bathroom almost detached, stains on bedding, ants all over the breakfast and pool area and pool water temp very warm

Got food poisoning on day one from breakfast and the rest of the week been in bed with high temperature and other problems so haven’t seen the island at all. Food was covered in flies and not sure what meat was served but it was terrible. So we never used ot again even tho we paid. I think we were the only people in the whole hotel too.
We were asked to cancel our booking on this website and pay in cash.
Room had windows with literal gaps when closed so mosquitos just get in
Constant flooding in the bathroom and only luke warm water.
Furniture was all cracked or broken or never done properly
Room was full of dust and when i lifted the mattress there were spiders.
They don’t have beach as stated
Construction in front of starts early drilling
For rainy season ir was overpriced for what it was
I understand it’s vietnam but pictures didn’t reflect the true state of rooms
No phone in the room
Dont have many pictures
Staff were nice tho, i didn’t ask for anything so i guess thats why we didn’t have many encounters

Thứ 1: lúc book phòng đã ghi rõ ràng miễn phí check in sớm nhưng vẫn thu tiền check in sớm 100k/tiếng. Mình có nói lại với nhân viên và sau khi check out mình mới được hoàn lại tiền
Thứ 2: lúc nhận phòng thì phòng cũ và nhà vệ sinh bẩn.
Thứ 3: đoàn mình được bạn lễ tân giới thiệu book vé đi vinwonders và safari nhưng không tư vấn kĩ càng là trẻ em dưới 1m được miễn phí vé vào, nên nhà mình mua hết cả vé cho 2 em bé và nói qua nói lại mãi mới được hoàn tiền 2 vé cho 2 bạn nhỏ

Air conditioning is very noisy as units are beside windows and rattle because of age

Breakfast is really horrible .. insects on the food .. rooms are not good .. not clean

Le falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones

The property was old and in much need of maintenance. I did not like that. They did not have a pool filter running all day and the water was murky. Around the bungalows is a fish pond but the water is extremely dirty and the fish constantly have their mouths out of the water looking for oxygen. It looked more like a swamp and was extremely smelly and sometimes there was leftover food thrown in near the first bungalow. It looks absolutely nothing like the photos advertising the resort. It is nothing like a resort. There is no bar or restaurant like it shows on the web. The access to the beach is through the property next door and it is not a large portion of beach to sit on. The showers have been tiled but not grouted and finished.

Please do not advertise this resort as 4 star. This resort has been overpriced. Booking.com has advertised this resort as 4 star.
