Nettes Personal und hilfsbereit.
Cons:

Frühstück sehr -sehr miserabel, schlechte Qualität -es gab nur Plastik Besteck und Papier -Teller -Preis-Qualität Verhältnis schlecht!!

Perfect hotel near MSG
Pros:

Perfect location for MSG show made for a quick walk back to the hotel. We loved having the Highline entrance a few blocks away near Hudson Yards. Also loved the nearby Koreatown restaurants. Staff was great, very helpful booking shuttle service to airport. Included breakfast buffet with lots of choices

Pillows not the greatest but good enough

The upgrade we told we were getting seemed like a downgrade
Pros:

Property was close and convenient to Madison Square Garden, which is the reason we were there. The hotel itself was clean. Staff was friendly other than that it was to me just another hotel room.

Cons:

We were told that we were upgraded, and our room was in a corner at the end of the hallway and it did not look like an upgrade from the picture we saw….was very small with a king size bed. No couch or table

Servizio di pulizia e camera ampia. Posizione centrale ma non rumorosa perfetta per girare tutta Manhattan.

La pulizia nelle camere.

Cons:

Personale “inesistente”,, alla reception hanno cercato di farci pagare più volte sulla carta di credito, il soggiorno già pagato prima di partire, la manutenzione di uno dei 2 ascensori è stata pressoché inesistente e notare che i piani erano quasi 30….Non ci tornerei!

Bra boende, med perfekt läge!
Pros:

Bodde här med familjen i 4 nätter. Läget var perfekt! Gångavstånd till Time Square m.m. och nära till Penn station om man vill åka med tunnelbana. Många restauranger i närområdet.
Bra att frukost ingick i priset. Frukosten var helt okej.
Ett annat plus var också att vi kunde låta väskorna vara kvar i lobbyn efter att vi checkat ut och hämta upp dem senare under dagen, utan extra kostnad!

Cons:

Ena hissen krånglade vid ett par tillfällen. Vi fick åka en våning i taget på väg ner. Den stannande alltså vid varje våning! Oavsett om någon skulle av eller på. Det gav upphov till skratt blandat med förtvivlan bland alla som stod och trängdes i hissen.
