Good, but can be a lot better
Pros:

The rooms were cleaned daily…

Cons:

The staff was bit unwelcoming. I had a stay for 4 days, they gave me water bottle on 3rd Day that too when asked. So If anything is complimentary and not available that has to be informed. There were WiFi issues too, and no one responded on front desk. The door of our bathroom was broken, it was fixed but still don’t expect this from a renowned hotel chains.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, Times Square, Madison Square Garden, 5th Avenue, Broadway etc. sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Fußläufig sind auch die Subway und der Bahnhof Penn Station zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Es gab einige Ablageflächen und Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war nicht besonders groß, aber absolut ausreichend. Das Fenster war gut schallisoliert und hat sich sogar etwas öffnen lassen. Das Personal war höflich und freundlich. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig, was Geräusche auf dem Gang betrifft. Außerdem musste man häufig sehr lange auf einen Aufzug warten, einige Gäste warteten über 10 Minuten. Oft hat die Auswahl der Stockwerke im Aufzug nicht funktioniert oder die gewählten Stockwerke haben sich zurückgesetzt, sodass der Aufzug am gewünschten Stockwerk vorbei gefahren ist, wenn man nicht schnell genug nochmal gedrückt hat.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, para moverte nadando por el centro de Manhattan y al lado de un metro que te permite desplazarte con comodidad.
Bien desayuno, sin muchas aglomeraciónes, salvo en ciertas hora punta.
Muy limpio en general. Camas y almohadas muy confortables. Baño con ducha cómoda y tamaño adecuado.

Cons:

La habitación para 4 personas con dos camas dobles, es pequeña, casi no puedes moverte alrededor de las camas y colocar ropa para 4 es complicado. Faltan perchas para toallas en el baño.

Hotel perfetto se solo avesse un personale delle pulizie migliore.

Lo staff che lavora al DESK molto gentile e molto professionale, l'hotel è in un'ottima posizione le uniche pecche erano: Pulizia della stanza, pessima, molto sporca, in 13 giorni lenzuola cambiate una sola volta, un pezzoo di pane in bagno da 10 giorni che non veniva mai tirato su con l'aspirapolvere, ogni giorno dovevo chiedere la carta igienica perchè non veniva mai lasciata nella stanza. Colazione vanno un po al risparmio, mettono sempre tacchino perchè evidentemente il maiale costa troppo e in 13 giorni avrà mangiato il maiale solo 2 giorni, stessa cosa per i pancake, in 13 giorni serviti solo 2 volte. Per il resto l'hotel con un personale delle pulizie migliore o un manager che controlli le pulizie sarebbe il top. Ci vorrebbe una maggiore attenzione anche alle colazioni sulle richieste che il cliente fa, se un cliente chiede del maiale bisogna accontentarlo. Chi fa le pulizie al 21esimo piano deve essere controllato a vista perchè vi ruba solo lo stipendio. Ahh Dimenticavo!! abbiamo ricevuto un bel trattamento quando abbiamo prenotato la navetta per il JFK (Prenotazione - Leo giorno 15 giugno ore 17.45 con un autista Cinese - solo per il fatto di non aver lasciato la mancia (non avevamo più cash) ci ha lasciati lontani dal terminal 4 sotto gli arrivi e non sotto le partenze e ci siamo dovuti fare tanti km a piedi con le valigie Vergogna!!! Vergogna!! ovviamente chi era in macchina prima di noi è stato lasciato sotto le partenze. Ripeto Vergogna!! se foste onesti dovreste rimborsarmi qualcosa per i disagi avuti e i trattamenti pessimi ricevuti.

Ottima posizione, lo consiglio!
Pros:

La posizione ottima per visitare qualsiasi punto di New York, tra i più iconici… Ben servita anche dalla metropolitana molto vicina… materassi comodi, bella la vista sul Edge e grattacieli limitrofi. Buona colazione internazionale, anche se personalmente preferisco quella dolce e quindi avrei aggiunto qualcosina in più.

Cons:

L’attesa agli ascensori che sono solo due e quindi implicano parecchi minuti di attesa.
