Bon séjour dans l’ensemble ce qui sauve cette hôtel c’est l’emplacement

Sa situation près du métro et centrale

Cons:

Petit déjeuner : salle trop petite c’est l’enfer aux heures de pointes et les mets servis pas très bons et pas variés tous les jours les mêmes plats. Pour un hôtel américain je pense que c’est médiocre. Attente aux ascenseurs un enfer aussi aux heures de pointe. Et le personnel utilise également les ascenseurs clients ce qui est aberrant.

Pros:

El hotel en lo general muy bueno, buena habitación, buena atención, buen desayuno, y por sobre todas las cosas, EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN, pleno manhattan, a metros del Madison Square Garden.

Pros:

Jó az elhelyezkedése, biztonságos környék! Jó a hangszigetelése, csendes a szoba! Van bár , viszont nagyon drága!

Cons:

Elsőnek kissebb szobát kaptunk mint a leírtak, jeleztük a recepción azt mondták nincs olyan szoba mint a booking képeken! Másnap kértünk egy másik szobát ,azért mert a lift "bent" volt a szobánkba és nagyon kattogott! És csodára, mégis volt olyan szoba,mint a képeket és olyan mérettel!! A liftre sokat kell várni. A reggeli nem jó minőségű , máshol ettünk sokszor! A padlószőnyeg büdös ,nincs tisztítva rendesen!

Pros:

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely and comfy and big. Location was good.

Cons:

Needed more lifts to go to the main floors, sometimes you were waiting for over 5 minutes then you found lift completely full so you had to wait for next one. Breakfast so busy whatever time you came down for it. Never got a place in dining area, had to eat it in the foyer every day.

Cons:

Il faut aller prendre le petit déjeuner tôt autrement il n’y a aucune place. L’hôtel accueille trop de monde par rapport à la taille de la salle.
