Schönes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Hotel liegt gut,direkt an dem Gesundbrunnenbahnhof,zentral also nicht..
Sehr schǒnes Interiör
Parking vorhanden wenn man Glück hat
findet
man einen Parkplatz draussen,rubig iat man nicht,da es sehr ruppig ausieht.
Trotzallem eine ruhige Lage,leider ist die umgebung verschmutzt.
Frühstück ist ausreichend und das Personal ist sehr net

Cons:

Mein Kissen war
verschmutz wurde aber direkt ersetzt da ich direkt nachgefragt habe,wäre es ersetzt worden ohne reklamation🤔

saubere Zimmer, gute Betten; guter Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln

Cons:

unangenehmer Geruch auf den Fluren, nicht in den Zimmern;
Rezeptionisten sind grundsätzlich nett, sprechen aber z.T. schlecht bis kaum Deutsch (Ankunftstag) und haben teils Probleme mit normalen Hotelabläufen (Überblick über bereits verfügbare Zimmer, Codierung von Parkkarten); das eigentlich gute Frühstücksangebot wird leider gemindert durch die Speisenqualität (das Rührei war an allen 4 Tagen kalt, die Würstchen etc. stets maximal lauwarm) und durch nicht abgeräumte und neu eingedeckte benutzte Frühstücksplätze (z.T. über eine Stunde, ohne abzuräumen); Umgebung unmittelbar vor dem Hotel ist eine Müllhalde (etliche Müllsäcke, abgelegte Waschmaschine etc.)

Sehr nettes Servicepersonal. Tolles Ambientes, schöner Stil. Gute Lage.

Cons:

Das die Hotelzimmertüren immer so knallen, dadurch ist man einige Male aufgeschreckt.
