Pros:

Alle Mitarbeiter im Haus waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles da, wir haben nichts vermisst.
Nur wenige Schritte bis zum Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen, alles gut per ÖPNV zu erreichen.

das bett war super bequem, die lage zum bahnhof auch gut. es gibt in der umgebung restaurants, cafes und shops. freundliches personal

Cons:

leider ausblick auf hinterhof. bei fünf nächten, könnte man erwarten, ein schöneres zimmer zu bekommen. man konnte das fenster nicht kippen, weil hinten lüftungsanlage zu hören war. für mich ist das ein minus punkt. frühstück empfinde ich zu teuer, haben wir nicht gewählt. leider war an einem abend vom nachbarn alles zu hören (hat sich einschlägige seiten angesehen). bei dem preis, finde ich so was auch immer etwas fragwürdig.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück könnte noch ein bisschen mehr für Menschen mit veganer Ernährung bereitgestellt werden. Dass es Sojamilch gab, war schon super, aber ein bisschen mehr Auswahl wäre noch schön. Das ist allerdings nur ein Erweiterungswunsch, kein Mangel.

Lage top, aber im Bereich Sauberkeit noch Verbesserungspotential.
Pros:

Die Lage ist grundsätzlich sehr gut mit der direkten Anbindung an Bus und Bahn. Extrem ruhig nachts, sodass man sogar mit Fenster auf schlafen konnte.

Cons:

Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Der Boden hatte diverse Flecke und die Tassen waren sehr unhygenisch mit Tee/Kaffeeresten vom Vorbesitzer.

Pros:

Sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Hotel und super freundliches Personal. Die Umgebung ist sehr belebt und es gibt sehr viele leckere Restaurants und Cafés. Gleichzeitig war es im Hotel sehr ruhig und entspannt. Alles war bestens und ich würde hier jederzeit wieder einchecken.
