Modernes Hotel mit sehr guter Bahnanbindung
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, perfekt mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Freundlicher Empfang, sauberes Zimmer. Modernes Badezimmer mit sehr guter Dusche.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hätte noch einen Ticken größer ausfallen können. Aber das ist durchaus ok. Was mich jedoch sehr gestört hat, ist die Tatsache, dass man in der Hotelbar nur bargeldlos bezahlen kann. So etwas kann ich unterstützen. Das darf nicht einreißen.

​Exceptional stay – perfect location and very comfortable!
Pros:

The location is excellent, very close to public transport heading to the city center, and there is a direct train to the airport right next to the hotel. It is situated in a quiet area next to a park. Our room faced the back parking lot, so it was completely silent with no street noise.
​The room and bathroom were spacious, extremely clean, and maintained daily with fresh towels. A huge plus was the heating—we caught some very cold and rainy days in June, and we were so grateful that the heating worked perfectly in both the room and the bathroom!
​The neighborhood is great too: a mall is just 3 minutes away, there are supermarkets nearby, a café and bakery on the corner, and plenty of Arabic and Turkish restaurants around.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!

Pros:

Tolle Anbindung an U- und S-Bahn ( Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen mit Einkaufszentrum). Trotzdem relativ ruhige Lage. Gemütlicher großer Frühstücksraum mit ebenso gutem Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Modernes Haus mit gepflegten Zimmern.

Pros:

A really great hotel - Berlin hospitality at its best! Very spacious, elegant and comfortable rooms, lounge and restaurant. Bed, shower, facilities excellent, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location a few steps from Gesundbrunnen Underground & S- Bahn train station. We will be back for sure.

Moderne Einrichtung

Cons:

Die zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles von der Straße und was auf der Straße passiert. Zusätzlich finde ich es sehr schade, dass mehrere Mitarbeiter nur Englisch sprechen. Das kann es eigentlich nicht sein, weil man nicht davon ausgehen kann, dass jeder Englisch sprechen kann. Die Mitarbeiter sollten sich zumindest auf Deutsch verständigen können.

Pros:

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, bei dem wir eingecheckt haben, war freundlich. Der Frühstücksraum ist schön eingerichtet und geräumig.

Cons:

Die Matratze war weich und schlecht. Die Tür zum Bad ist durchsichtig und laut. Man hat keine Privatsphäre. Das Hotel liegt nah an der Haltestelle Gesundbrunen, die unmittelbare Umgebung ist schmutzig, mit komischen Leuten. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption sprach kaum Deutsch und war sehr langsam. Das Frühstück bietet keine große Auswahl. Dafür ist das Hotel zu teuer.
