Pros:

The hotel was in a nice neighborhood, close to the principal comercial street and near a subway.

Pros:

湯船はない部屋に泊まりましたが、全身シャワーがという設備がとても気持ちが良く家族全員に大好評でした。4人で利用しましたが部屋も広くとても快適でした。
夕食はなかなか付近の場所を決められませんでしたので、何処かを予約してからの方がいいと思います。
寝間着はフロントで借りました。

Cons:

一部旅行サイトに書かれている朝食野冷凍おにぎりはありませんでした。
GW中の利用だからか、違う旅行サイトから予約したからなのかはわかりませんが、期待していただけあって残念でした。

Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location, very close to the subway.
Staff were super friendly, especially Menny, so polite, friendly and helpful.
The room was lovely and very comfortable.

Quick budget and family friendly kyoto accommodation
Pros:

Clean 5/5, spacious 5/5, good quality furniture 4/5, comfortable bed with optional trundle bed that you would.make yourself 4/5. Bathroom, vanity and toilet are separate separated which I find is handy. All japanese accommodation bookings have additional tax you will need to pay at the reception, nothing to exorbitant but just FYI. Good location mix of residential area and metropolitan area. 4mins to station, McDonald's, some restaurants and convenient store.

Cons:

Nothing. Very good value for money. No problems/issues at all.
