Convenient to shops, restaurants and transport.
Pros:

The dinosaurs were fun as part of the check in. plenty of space to lock up luggage if you arrive prior to check in. Hotel is in a good place, easy walk to station, restaurants and shopping. Rooms clean, not large but you are seldom in the room.

Cons:

This did not bother us at all but check in is self service, which some may not like however if you do struggle someone will come out and help you.

中洲で価格は満足です

Cons:

受付のロボットの意味がわからない まず最初にチェックインした時も結局スタッフにが出てきて 色々 説明してもらった。受付はまずスタッフ対応が必須ではないのか。照明も調整機能付きがないため結局テレビを明かり代わりにするしかなかった。

今回恐竜ルームのコンセプトルームに宿泊しましたが、子供達が喜んでくれたので良かったです。

Cons:

朝食のパンの種類が時間帯によって少なくなっていくのでどの時間帯でもある程度の種類があれば良かったです。

Pros:

初めて利用したが、駐車場案内の段取りが悪いように思う。
事前の電話確認で駐車場のことを聞いたらチェックイン前に駐車場へ入庫し、チェックイン時にサービス券を購入とあったが、そもそもチェックイン前と言われても場所がわからない。結局、路駐で慌てて場所を示すマップをもらって、またぐるっとまわって入庫、そしてチェックイン。
当方15:00〜翌10:00くらいまで入庫して通常料金だと¥5400がサービス券のおかげで¥2500はありがたいとは思った。
(第1駐車場）利用できる提携駐車場の3箇所は第1を逃すと残り2箇所はかなり遠い。荷物が多いと大変だと思う。
