Pros:

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. Muy limpio y aseado.

Cons:

El desayuno. Muy poca variedad y de baja calidad. El café (que había que pagar a parte) estaba quemado.

I’m so surprised by al the good reviews of this hotel. The room they gave us for three people was so small it could barely fit two people let alone three. The walls are all dirty and the way they make the beds is very weird and doesn’t seem very clean. The breakfast was so horrible, it’s literally just cucumbers, tomatoes, fried eggs, sausage and boiled eggs and some fruit. Not even proper yogurt or salad.

Our room was on the first floor and we could always hear the staff talking very loudly. I think you can find much better options in Ksamil but we were booking last minute and this was one of the only options available and now I understand why

L'emplacement était bien ainsi que la piscine malgré qu'elle était chaude

Cons:

1. climatisation ne marche pas les 3 premier jour ventait horrible avec la chaleur
2. petit dej horrible en plus de ça le cafee était en supplément jamais vu ça dans ma vie alors que quand on dit le petit dej compris normalement le cafee est compris

Pros:

I am completely satisfied with the hotel. It offers great value for money, and everything was in order during our stay. The hotel itself is very beautiful, the staff are friendly, and I think the swimming pool, along with the comfortable sun loungers around it, is one of the biggest advantages. The breakfast was also very delicious.
We usually got around by walking or taking taxis, but looking back, I think renting a car would have been the best option. There are also beautiful beaches within walking distance, such as Greg Beach, as well as restaurants, shops, and other amenities.
The only thing I would suggest improving is providing “Do Not Disturb” signs that guests can hang on their door handles, as this was the only thing we found to be missing.💓
