Easy position in township walking distance to information centre and artesian spa, great to have its own restaurant made it easy for dinner for a one night stay. Staff were lovely and friendly. Room was clean and adequate.
It is a little old and tired the bed was very comfortable however the shower was not great no pressure and water flow very poor. Parking on street but this was due to normal parking being very wet and not accessible the night we stayed.
It’s ok accommodation for a one night stop considering its age .
Room with space.
Outstanding restaurant dinner
The beds were comfortable and the staff were nice.
The water pressure in the showers wasn’t great and it could probably use some more sensor lights between the parking out back and the stair (to help avoid puddles).
A really friendly pub, with the best meals in the outback. It has an interesting menu, top quality and cooked beautifully.
Price and bed was comfortable
Run down, quite drafty
Simple budget accommodation Amazing meals
Dinner was excellent, although rather slow being served. Access to some basic kitchen facilities was helpful when preparing our self-catered breakfast.
Expectation of room didn't align with pictures - showed a nice new bed, linen, side table, etc, didn't show the stained sink in the corner of the room or cracked tiles in bathroom.
The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows amazing great sleep.
Liked the character of the old style outback hotel.
The whole building would be a fire trap. Old wooden structure in disrepair which to be fair is typical of these big old hotels. Was relieved to see fire extinguishers in strategic places and smoke detectors. The staff were excellent and the cook makes a great curry. Our room was spacious. Towels very scratchy.
The welcoming staff was the beginning to a great stay, and the meals were 10/10.
Central location. Good WiFi connection. Shower. Front verandah. Easy check-in. Friendly welcome.
Towels were super scratchy. No hand towel. No in room crockery or cutlery. Check-in limited to after 4:30pm, when the hotel opens. Renovations in progress, so lots of spaces are half finished. Bore water stinks.
Lovely old hotel atmosphere and comfortable bed.
