Good value for money and an enjoyable stay
Pros:

Very peaceful, spotless clean and nice staff

Cons:

Very small balcony and no view, we had a “backyard” view and the room had a small window, it is pretty dark.

The shower water was not warm...very sad..no matter how I turned the facets the water was too cold to enjoy.

Wonderful small luxury place in the heart of the Old Town
Pros:

What a beautiful small luxury hotel. Right inside the Old Town city walls, so walkable to so many of the cities amazing temples, markets, food stores, bars and shops. This hotel is elegant with a rustic old style feel. The staff cannot be more friendly. There is a restaurant, pool, spa treatment room, gym and beautiful reception area. The room is very large, and the bed super comfortable. Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai who want great service, luxurious room and old town location. The in-house private tour guide and driver we used for our Day tour was extremely accommodating to my every request as well as giving recommendations. So full of information. Wonderful experience. Very clean, all amenities taken care of and quiet. Cannot ask for more.

Simple, friendly, very clean, quiet location
Pros:

Staff are lovely, room was very clean. Massage therapists are really excellent, they sorted out a long term problem I had with my forearms. Really close to Dang Muay Thai gym which is also excellent.

Great location in old town
Pros:

The Chiang Mai Old Town was the perfect location for my daughter (18) and me (49). Breakfast on site was delicious, including traditional Thai food as well as American and other options. We could walk to the Sunday Market, Wat Chedi Luang, many good restaurants and Thai massage places along the same street. This hotel was in a safe and convenient location for 2 women travelers. Plus the room was absolutely luxurious and the pool was refreshing.
