Everything was nice. We enjoyed staying in your hotel.
The shower water was not warm...very sad..no matter how I turned the facets the water was too cold to enjoy.
The food was bad. Breakfast buffet was annoying as we have to order everything
What a beautiful small luxury hotel. Right inside the Old Town city walls, so walkable to so many of the cities amazing temples, markets, food stores, bars and shops. This hotel is elegant with a rustic old style feel. The staff cannot be more friendly. There is a restaurant, pool, spa treatment room, gym and beautiful reception area. The room is very large, and the bed super comfortable. Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai who want great service, luxurious room and old town location. The in-house private tour guide and driver we used for our Day tour was extremely accommodating to my every request as well as giving recommendations. So full of information. Wonderful experience. Very clean, all amenities taken care of and quiet. Cannot ask for more.
Staff are lovely, room was very clean. Massage therapists are really excellent, they sorted out a long term problem I had with my forearms. Really close to Dang Muay Thai gym which is also excellent.
The Chiang Mai Old Town was the perfect location for my daughter (18) and me (49). Breakfast on site was delicious, including traditional Thai food as well as American and other options. We could walk to the Sunday Market, Wat Chedi Luang, many good restaurants and Thai massage places along the same street. This hotel was in a safe and convenient location for 2 women travelers. Plus the room was absolutely luxurious and the pool was refreshing.

We stayed in November for 3 nights and had such a lovely time. The staff were wonderful, so caring & friendly.
We had 2 different rooms during our stay (we did 2 nights, then went on an overnight trip then did another night back at the hotel. Both rooms were wonderful - very spacious, very clean and the beds were so comfortable.
We went for a traditional Thai massage at their spa which was so much fun - we had the best massage at the same time as having a great laugh with them.
We wish we stayed longer in chiang mai as it ended up being our favourite place in Thailand so we would 100% come back & stay there.
One note - but changes nothing for us... There is a pool with some sun loungers but you dont get sun for long at all. Chiang mai wasnt really a sunbathing destination for us anyway.

Really lovely grounds conveniently located to everything. They had a free transport service anywhere in the old town. Very lovely staff.
All great, but if I had to give one thing it would be the size of the windows. The bedroom was a little dark during the day, but it was still a really nice room.

I never thought I could feel taken care of that well, in this amazingly quiet and peaceful abode in the middle of Nimman. Room was flawless and had everything I wanted from a hotel room and more. Food delivery worked flawlessly despite it being a 5 star hotel. I came to heal a broken heart and for simply a hotel, this place held me well.
