The staff were very friendly and accommodating I was greeted by Robert and Hansi who were both very polite and during my stay were extremely helpful and attentive ... The facilities were great and it is located in a rural area so it's quiet and peaceful, the pool and wellness facilities were always clean and well maintained I would love to come back again

Cons:

Pricing was a little expensive but understandable due to the events going on at the time (Super cup and August festival), but really other than that I can't complain

Laat je goed informeren voor je vertrekt!

We hadden een kamer geboekt met jacuzzi. Bij de receptie kregen we te horen dat hij zelf op vakantie was geweest en zijn collega dubbele boeking had gemaakt voor deze kamer! Enorme teleurstelling. We kregen upgrade idd zo benoemde hij het maar moesten wel 5 minuten rijden via een mega stijle weg naar een andere appartement. Daar kregen we code voor de sleutelkastje. Maar nergens geen receptioniste was e erg verlaten en nergens sleutelkastje te vinden. Deuren moesten gewoon opengemaakt worden met een sleutel. Wij weer terug. Moesten weer wachten kregen uit eindelijk een kamer aangeboden en een appartement. En kregen als tegemoetkoming 10% terug van totale prijs en zonder jacuzzi kamer! Erg waardeloos allemaal en zeker een teleurstelling! Als je boekt vraag het goed na voordat je zover hebt gereisd ervoor. Welness die er gratis bij zat iets verderop was uitstekend! En ontbijt immers ook. Veel last van wespen houdt daar rekening mee. De obers waren in de middag voor een drankje niet erg vriendelijk vast hun dag niet. Net zoals de jongen bij de receptie. Zijn er 1,5 a 2 uur mee bezig geweest voor een kamer. Avond eten was er trouwens prima en een aardige ober! Kunnen de andere van de middag en van de receptie een voorbeeld aan doen

Sehr freundliches Personal und großer Parkplatz

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr verwinkelt und das Gesamtgebäude ist schon etwas älter, hier gehört schon etwas investiert, zumal die Preise dem schon einmal voreilen

Der Rupertihof konnte unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllen
Pros:

Großes Freizeitangebot im Hotel wie Hallenbad, Saunen, Kinderspielplatz sowie Billard und Kicker. Frühstück war reichhaltig. Freier Eintritt ins Bergerbad. Schwimmbad mit Saunabereich. Restaurant im Hause und in der Nachbarschaft.

Cons:

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Verschleißerscheinungen überall zu sehen ( abgetretene Tepichböden u.s.w.) Bei der Sauberkeit ist Luft nach oben. Die Reinigung sehr Oberflächlich. Sehr Laut. Personal streitet!! Ganze Reisebusse werden abgefertigt.
Das Bergerbad, eigentlich eine schöne Anlage, zur Erholung/ Wellness nicht geeignet. Gäste saufen und rauchen im Wirlpool, laufen mit dem Handy durch den halbherzig abgetrennten Nacktbereich. Kein Konzept erkennbar! Sehr Schade!
