Good hotel
Pros:

- rooms were much bigger than what I thought, large and confortable mattress
- very nice and helpful staff, especially Ercan, Ahmet and Hulya
- perfect location !
- good breakfast with fresh products
- good recommendations (for the restaurant just in front "Paradise", the SPA)

Cons:

- the street is noisy so if you get a room on this side, don't forget your earplugs
- the attitude of Gokan (morning shift) when the air-conditioning of the room didn't work. His colleague spent 40 min trying to help us. The day before Gokan also spent time on the issue but couldn't find the problem. Still Gokan didn't want to call a technician and wanted to try again by himself, wasting our time. He's too pushy. I didn't feel respected. Fortunately his colleague got the problem fixed.
- the airport transfer (private car, arranged by the hotel) was 1 hour late for the pick-up at the airport. We had to wait under a heavy rain..

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. The room was big and airy. Locatin is very close to Blue Mosque and hagia Sofia. The street is full of good restaurants. The breakfast was include with the stay and it was amazing, including lots of local dishes all of them very good. Very friendly people always ready to help with anything, from booking a cruise to recommending a restaurant or sites to visit. Everyone is speaking and understanding English.

Pros:

The staff where incredibly nice, very easy communication and lovely place. Would defo go there again if I get a longer stay in Istanbul. This time it was just for a night, would defo come back one day. Thanks for your hospitality 🙏🏽

Buona colazione, sia dolce che salata su un piccolo spazio ma con tutto il necessario.
Ottima posizione, centrale e comodissima ai principali luoghi da vedere in città, vicina alla fermata del tram.
Letto comodo, camera di dimensioni adeguate, acqua e thè a disposizione in camera.
