Gorgeous room with a balcony, clean and comfortable
Noise from staff in early hours outside after a lock in, singing and chatting in car park while waiting for taxis
The layout and beautifully decorated. Very welcoming
The staff, the food and the comfort of the room
Asked my room to be serviced on the second morning and i didn't get any extra milk and the cups were not washed.
There was a sharp edge in the bathroom which caused an injury
Room was clean and tidy
Breakfast service was very slow and very poor when it arrived, cold and over cooked. Had to send 1 back.
Main meals were lovely
Breakfast very disappointing, whatever you had off the menu was the same price. The room very small, we were kept awake by music coming from the kitchen.
We received our meal on the Sunday but had to ask for cutlery.
Convenient for where we needed to be
Very warm welcome
Great food
Lovely room
Very clean good location
Location suited my needs, lots of parking and very friendly staff
The access at night is dodgy
Excellent food, decor and friendly staff
Nothing at all, it was perfect
Perfect Location for Peak District ;short driving distance.Very friendly staff
The breakfast was amazing.
I booked a room with a balcony and upon being given a room without one, was extremely annoyed. Went to speak with staff and their unwillingness to resolve the issue was even more upsetting.
Excellent location, good food and nice wine list. All of the staff were friendly and attentive.
Rooms are a little tired.
The staff were incredibly lovely, alongside it being just a really pretty pub and very comfortable rooms. I've stayed in a few pub hotels in my time and this may be the nicest, no late night noise at all even on the weekend.
