What I liked most about Apartment 108 Merl was that it felt modern, clean, and well-maintained. Being on a higher floor gave it a great atmosphere and a nice sense of privacy. The location was also very convenient—most places were within a reasonable distance, making it easy to get around. Overall, it had a premium feel and never felt cheap or low quality.

Cons:

The only downside was that guests staying on a short-term basis were not allowed to use the apartment facilities, such as the swimming pool and gym. We stayed for 9 days, so it was disappointing that we still couldn’t access them. My child was really looking forward to swimming, but unfortunately, that wasn’t possible. It would have been much better if longer-stay guests were allowed to use these facilities.

Room with great views with modern facilities, just a little wear and tear in places but overall fine

The carpets and walls were run down and a little dirty with also the toilet not flushing that well (probably more the design fault)

Pros:

Broken bed slats , tv not working , washer and dryer terrible , manager did t care about any of this and just palmed us off
