I was charged SAR 70 for a KitKat chocolate bar and a bottle of mango juice from the room minibar, while the hotel’s full breakfast buffet costs SAR 185. This pricing is completely disproportionate and, in my view, unreasonable.

Such excessive minibar pricing gives guests the impression that the hotel is taking advantage of convenience rather than providing reasonable hospitality. This is particularly disappointing considering the already considerable amount paid for the room.

I strongly believe the hotel should reconsider its minibar pricing policy and ensure that prices are reasonable and respectful to its guests.
