Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located in a nice area near the river. The location was convenient, and overall the stay was pleasant. The room was good and everything else met our expectations.

Cons:

The only issue was that the AC was either not working properly or not cooling enough. We had to keep the windows open during the night, which brought a lot of outside noise, especially from traffic and cars. Apart from that, everything else was good.

Ми обрали цей готель для шлюбу, і вцілому задоволені, весь персонал уважний і намагався нам допомогти у всіх питаннях. Н
Pros:

Щодня номер прибирався, замінювали рушники, приносили воду і все необхідне, тому велике дякую персоналу, вони молодці!
Великий плюс, що номер просторий, місця багато і вікна панорамні з чудовим видом на річку😍
А ще дуже велике і зручне ліжко, після насичених днів з прогулянками, ми справді могли якісно виспатися)

Cons:

Єдине трошки штори на вікнах замалі, не змогли на ніч закрити вікна повністю, тому вранці денне світло трошки заважало.
Ще б радили трошки збільшити асортимент їжі на сніданках, близько 10 ранку вся їжа вже холодна, ніхто її навіть не підігрівав.

I would like to sincerely thank Ms.Marie at the reception for her outstanding help and kindness. She assisted me a lot, booked the Uber for me, and explained everything to the driver in detail exactly as I wanted.

Honestly, she is the definition of respect and professionalism. She truly deserves all appreciation and gratitude for her excellent service and polite attitude.

Im happy with what i got.
Pros:

It was cheap and the room was good. Tidied everyday.

Cons:

The aircon was seasonal. I have to ask for it to turned on. The staff was helpful but the girl who helped me said something in sarcastic way when i have the airconed on. She must have forgotten im not her froend but her customer.
