Если вы ищете место для спокойного и комфортного отдыха, вдали от шума и суеты, этот отель действительно отлично подойдёт. Он находится прямо в лесу, поэтому здесь очень приятная и спокойная атмосфера, а из отеля открывается потрясающий вид на море.
Отдельно хочу отметить удобства. В номере есть абсолютно всё необходимое: стиральная машина, чайник, вся необходимая посуда и другие мелочи, которые делают отдых намного комфортнее. Также есть открытый бассейн с красивым видом на море.
Очень понравился и персонал — все доброжелательные и действительно быстро реагируют на просьбы. Во время нашей поездки у нас заклинила дверь, мы вызвали технический отдел, и сотрудники пришли буквально в течение пяти минут и полностью решили проблему. Для меня это большой показатель хорошего сервиса.
На первом этаже есть ресторан, где можно заказать как напитки, так и вкусную еду, поэтому далеко идти никуда не нужно.
В целом я действительно осталась очень довольна отдыхом. Особенно понравилось сочетание природы, тишины, красивого вида на море, комфорта и хорошего обслуживания. Если хочется именно расслабиться и отдохнуть от городской суеты — я бы однозначно рекомендовала это место.
Если говорить о минусах, то каких-то серьёзных недостатков я действительно не заметила — для меня всё было на хорошем уровне.
Единственный момент, который я бы отметила, — ежедневная уборка номера не входит в стоимость проживания и оплачивается отдельно. Лично мне было бы удобнее, если бы уборка уже была включена в стоимость отеля, но здесь, думаю, всё зависит от предпочтений каждого гостя. Возможно, для кого-то это даже плюс, если он не хочет, чтобы в номер каждый день заходил персонал.
Поэтому для меня это скорее не минус, а просто особенность, которую стоит учитывать при бронировании.
Отель находится по локации не в плохом месте … рядом сухой мост , стеклянный и тд и тп номера более менее , желалось б по лучше .. учли просьбу дали дополнительно туалетную бумагу , не хотели что в день одна , уборку тоже с просьбой сделали
В целом не плохо , но думаю за такую цену можно и по лучше

Es war ein grauenvoller Aufenthalt, beim Einchecken war das Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber, wir meldeten dies an der Rezeption uns wurde mitgeteilt, morgen können wir umziehen, es gäbe keine anderen Möglichkeiten, jenes war ehrlich gesagt kein großes Problem. Das Problem waren die Bettwanzen, wir wachten mitten in der Nacht auf, weil es überall kratzte, daraufhin schauten wir die Matratze an und fanden überall Blutflecken und auf dem Bettlacken- selbst das Insekt haben wir gefunden. Wir gingen wieder runter, da dass garnicht in Ordnung ist, als Lösung bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, wo die Matratze rein war, wodurch wir uns sicher sein konnten, dass das Zimmer nicht befallen war- hier ist zu erwähnen, dass das neue Zimmer einen Wasserschaden und überall Schimmel hatte! In der Früh sprachen wir mit dem Manager, der uns nicht weiterhelfen konnte und nur mit den Schultern zuckte, seinem Management sei dies egal. Wir erhielten keine Kompensation für dieses schreckliche Erlebnis und schlaflose Nacht, mussten all unsere Sachen reinigen und dies natürlich aus unserer eigenen Tasche bezahlen, eine Umbuchung in ein anderes Hotel wurde auch nicht vorgenommen - das mussten wir ebenfalls selber zahlen. Wir hoffen wirklich dass wir wenigstens einen Refund für die zwei Nächte bekommen - aber das ist schon sehr optimistisch. Durch diese Bettwanzen haben wir einen wertvollen Urlaubstag in Tiflis verloren, alle Pläne die wir hatten konnten wir in den Müll werfen.

The hotel has a great location, which was very convenient. The breakfast was also good the selection wasn’t very large, but the food itself was nice.
Unfortunately, the room was very dirty and poorly maintained. As soon as we walked in, I saw clumps of hair on the floor, which was really unpleasant. There were many signs of water damage on the ceilings, with some areas patched up very poorly. There was also a puddle of water in the bathroom because something seemed to be leaking.
The room had a damp, unpleasant smell and definitely didn’t feel or smell clean. The sofas and armchairs were extremely dirty — we didn’t even want to touch or sit on them.
We were given only one single bedsheet for two people. After we asked for another one, it was provided the next day.
The windows and doors also didn’t close properly, which made the room very noisy.
Considering the excellent location, the hotel has a lot of potential. It would be great if they invested in some basic repairs, repainting and maintenance, but most importantly, a thorough cleaning. Even relatively simple improvements would make a huge difference.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
