El alojamiento muy bien, el personal encantador, tuve un mal estar de muela y los chicos del restaurante tuvieron un gesto bonito al ofrecerme crema y bebida. La habitación muy amplia y limpia, estuve solo 3 días y la limpiaron 2 veces. El bar y la piscina muy bien
La ubicación, está un poco complicado salir de ahí para llegar a la zona urbana, si hubiese un trayecto por la zona de golf sería más cómodo para salir
The suites are nice and offer great privacy, pool was lovely and plenty of space
Furniture a bit dated but not that it affected our stay, could be next level if that was upgraded though
It was clean, rooms are massive, staff are friendly
El bufet del desayuno es bastante completo.
Está muy enfocado al turismo extranjero, fuimos al propio restaurante que tienen dentro del hotel para cenar y no hablaban NADA de español. La limpieza del día a día de la habitación dejaba que desear, se notaba que iban a lo rápido y no barrían ni si quiera el suelo.
La habitación en sí estaba bien pero las vistas del balcón eran preciosas.Daban al campo de golf Las Américas.
La habitación estaba con los suelos manchados, a media limpieza, faltaban los edredones de la cama .El piso estaba mojado cuando entramos al baño.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was comfortable, clean and beautifully presented, the breakfast offered a delicious selection, and the pool was a lovely place to relax. The staff were welcoming, attentive and always happy to help, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel!

No me gustó q fui a desayunar con una bolsa trasparente q solo llevaba los documentos y unas cholas me dijo q tenía q dejarla en recepción eso no me parece lógico mientra q unos estranjeros tenían una mochila dentro los aire no funcionan bien hacía calor en la habitación reservé 3 habitaciones una me la cambiaron la otra funcionaba bien el aire la mía hacía bastante calor pero no la cambiaron
