Please note that there is no reception at the property and the front desk is open from 10:00 until 14:00. Online reception open daily from 08:00 to 22:00. Cleaning & linen change once a week. Please note that cash is not possible on site.

Billing is free of charge only by email. Please provide the email address to the property in advance. If you wish to receive an invoice in paper form, please inform the property prior the day of your departure.

Washing machine and the dryer can be used only for a an extra charge.

Ausstattung nicht wie erwartet und auf den Bildern abgebildet (kein Esstisch). Kundenservice weigerte sich, eine entsprechende teilweise Erstattung durchzuführen. Anscheinend sei das Problem die Zuordnung der Bilder bei Booking. Sowas darf dennoch nicht sein.

Cons:

They did not provide a cot for my baby despite they accepted the request. I had to find a new hotel at 21. At least they tried to help finding an alternative. I do not recommend if you have babies. The absence of a reception makes everything more complicated in case of issues.
