Pros:

A tranquilidade, conforto e limpeza são impecáveis

Cons:

Senti falta de ter pelo menos água mineral sem custo para os hóspedes. Em outros hotéis com tarifas semelhantes , há pelo menos água disponível, seja através de bebedouros ou nos frigobares (sem custo). Também acho que poderia oferecer o serviço de meia pensão ajustando o valor da diária ou oferecer serviços de van para o centro . É um absurdo pagar 80 reias de Uber para ir e voltar da rua mucuge e não andar nem 4 km!

Estrutura, atendimento dos funcionários, refeições, tudo.

Cons:

Hotel com obras sem aviso prévio ao hospede. De qualquer forma, contornaram a situação com dedicação, mas que gerou desconforto em ter que mudar de quarto no segundo dia de hospedagem após minha reclamação para amenizar barulhos de ferramentas e obra durante a hospedagem.

Hotel belíssimo numa praia linda!!
Pros:

Praticamente tudo, lugar lindo. Praia maravilhosa. Equipe de funcionários nota 1000, quartos e banheiros muito bons. Café da manhã sensacional.

Cons:

Achei que por ser um período de ferias eles poderiam suspender as obras. O barulho incomodou um pouco. Não fizeram a limpeza do quarto nos dois últimos dias da estada. Para quem tem criança pequena é um paraíso. Agora para quem não tem…..

Distância do quarto , acho deveriam priorizar pessoas mais velhas com quartos mais pertos nosso era último no meio obra e com tantos quartos perto vazios, lençol bom mas não excepcional e petisco não era delicioso
