Bem agradável!
Pros:

Apenas a simpatia e a prestabilidade de alguns funcionários deixaram muito a desejar pela padrão do hotel. Necessita mais atenção e treinamento neste quesito. Principalmente na atendimento na praia.

Pros:

Nossa estadia foi excelente! Viajamos em família com um bebê de 1 ano e ficamos encantados com o cuidado e a atenção de toda a equipe. Todos, da recepção, restaurante, limpeza e manutenção, foram extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. O hotel tem atenção especial com os pequenos, disponibilizando berço e banheira. Ele tem uma brinquedoteca e um cardápio bastante flexível para bebês em fase de introdução alimentar, o que facilitou muito a nossa estadia. As instalações são ótimas, os restaurantes e a piscina são muito agradáveis. A localização pé na areia é ótimo! O café da manhã é excelente, sempre muito variado e com opções sem glúten. Outros pontos destaque: a academia, muito bem equipada e o spa L’occitane. Foi uma estadia perfeita do início ao fim. Certamente voltaremos!

Grande potencial mas alguns pontos necessitam atenção
Pros:

Quarto amplo, banheiro excepcional no tamanho e na qualidade dos amenities e enxoval, equipe de garçons educada e solícita. Menu Kuarinha incluido na diária para crianças até 2 anos facilitou muito nosso dia a dia com bebê de 8 meses. Menu restaurante variado.

Cons:

Nosso check-in atrasou mais de meia hora, sendo que haviam falado que tentariam ao máximo adiantar o check-in pois estavamos com um bebê, mas além de não adiantar ainda foi atrasado. O hotel fica a 5 minutos do centrinho mas não se pode ir a pé e não há transfer, sendo cobrado um valor que considero abusivo dos taxistas da regiao (40 reais o trecho). A piscina nao possui aquecimento, dificultando o uso em dias nublados ou menos quentes, alem do volume da musica ser bem elevado para abafar a musica alta do bar ao lado do hotel.
