Pros:

Not a thing! Wouldn't even know since they canceled our reservation and turned us away. Said payment was declined on a card I do not even have. I showed proof it was prepaid. I have the receipt. They blamed Booking.

Cons:

The way we were treated and between Booking.com and this hotel someone has our money and refusing to reimburse us. Total nightmare after driving 6 hours.

Great stay. The hotel had all the kitchen amenities we needed, which made everything very convenient. The room was clean and perfect for our stay.

Breakfast was not good at all. Turkey sausage patties were over cooked & rubber, bacon was wilted & soggy, eggs were watery. Not at all of the expectations that was told from the hotel members or reviews.

Pros:

Social hour with free food at dinner time. Very clean and pet friendly.

Cons:

So busy there wasn't a moving cart available for awhile so we could unload. They did try to locate one for us, though.

Pleasant stay with some great facilities
Pros:

This is clearly one of the best places where you can stay when you are in Charleston . The amenities and service is awesome . The staff are so welcoming and pleasant. I wanted to especially mention the excellent service provided by Kusum at the front desk. She makes sure she wishes each and every guest who comes in and is going out , which makes it special .
