Ramada Encore great business option
Pros:

I liked the location close to airport, the breakfast, and business meeting room. And of course my suite relax was very comfortable with included amenities and LOVED THE MASSAGE CHAIR.

Cons:

Perhaps that there's nothing to eat (nor room service nor at restaurant) between 11am to 2pm

El hotel es cómodo y bien ubicado, es excelente.

Las últimas ocasiones que nos hemos hospedado hay muchos niños, no hay problema con los niños, pero deja de ser apacible.

Tuve un incidente con un miembro creo de seguridad. Un dia estaba esperando yo a una de mis hijas que terminara de arreglarse y abri la puerta de la habitacion, mi hija mayor, como estabamos ahi por el nacional de gimnasia, afuera hizo unos movimientos pero no acrobaticos, literal salto y a los minutos llega un hombre a decirme que no pueden estar jugando etc. Como no vi a mi hija pense que estaba corriendo o haciendo algo y hasta me disculpe, pero ya mi hija despues me conto como fue. Lo raro es que una noche antes, en el cuarto de al lado habia dos ninas que estaban tocando puertas de las habitaciones y se escondian, pero ahi no dijeron nada, o no se si se confundio y queria llamarle la atencion a esas ninas pero el caso es que nos dijo a nosotros.... Ahora, en el restaurante se me hizo super injusto que se sabe que era nacional y habia mucha gente y solo dos personas atendiendo, eramos demasiado y al bartender literal le dijimos 4 veces nuestra orden porque se le olvidaba.. la senora tambien recogio nuestra mesa y tiro mi estuche de lentes de contacto y cuando le dije se puso a la defensiva y termine no teniendo donde poner mis lentes de contacto. No se me ofrecio ninguna solucion. La verdad muy mal mala experiencia

La limpieza y la alberca, climatizada

La recepción, pedí la factura y me dijeron que la tenia que dar booking, que no es el caso, hablé por teléfono para pedir la factura y me dejan en la línea, claramente no me la quieren dar

Buena ubicación para estancias breves y llegadas desde la central de autobuses.
Pros:

Desayuno variado y completo. Ubicación muy favorable a solo 15 minutos de la central de autobuses. Punto a favor son los cupones de desayuno gratuitos. La iluminación de la habitación puede mejorar, colchones limpios y muy comodos. Iluminación natural bien diseñada. Aunque no pude utilizarlo, el contar con un gimnasio 24/7 es un plus que he visto en pocos establecimientos

Cons:

Requiere mejorar en cuestión de control de moscas debido a cuestiones de higiene en zona del restaurante. En el caso de los cupones de bebida, tenían hora límite a media noche, sin embargo intentamos canjearlos alrededor de las 11 30 y en barra nos mencionaron que ya no habia servicio y solo nos podian canjear latas de refresco.
