The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The bedding was absolutely perfect. The room was very quiet and clean. Slept great.
Excellent customer service the rooms were very clean and comfortable location was great
No issues
Very modern hotel, with updated decor. The location is excellent. Walkable distance to the Pike Place. In downtown Seattle. The views from our room, towards the sound were second to none. Overall highly recommend this hotel if you happen to travel to Seattle.
It was an excellent stay! The rooms were clean and the housekeeping did a great job of ensuring the room remained clean. The customer service was excellent and the hotel is close to a lot of places within downtown Seattle. I highly recommend!
Great property at a fantastic location. Beautiful rooms, some with stunning views of Seattle. The property is very clean and up to date. The hotel bar is very nice and has great food options. The cafe also have many food options and good coffee.
Staying at the Hyatt was a great experience in every way. Great service and accommodations. Great location within the city, and all-around satisfying stay.
I stayed at this Hyatt Regency for 3 nights for an on-site business conference.
Things went well from the very beginning. I was able to check in early at 2:00 which was fantastic given I had been up since 4:00 EDT traveling to Seattle. My king bed room was on the 21st floor. There are two banks of elevators (six elevators in each bank). Things can get busy, but I never had to wait more than 2 minutes for an elevator.
The room had a "minimalistic" vibe with a lovely neutral palette. There was no closet in the room, but rather an open cabinet with plenty of hangers that also had 2 drawers in the bottom and a shelf for my luggage.
There were plenty of outlets at the desk area and on the nightstand. The bathroom was quite large with a large walk in shower. There were plenty of fluffy towels and housekeeping did a great job replacing towels.
The room included a Keurig type machine with plenty of coffee pods and tea bags. There was also a safe, mini fridge, and iron/ironing board.
The bed was super comfy. The thermostat controlled the HVAC unit quite well. The room was well soundproofed so I barely heard any of the typical city noises (horns, sirens).
The desk had a comfortable desk chair, but it was a little odd that the chair was not on wheels. There was also a side chair with Ottoman in the corner.
The room was spotlessly clean; no issues there.
I will say that the room itself was on the smaller side and that the category room was perfect for a single business traveler but might feel a bit tight for a couple traveling together.
The fitness center is always very important to me as I work out every day. The center was open 24/7 which was especially handy when I got up at 3:00 a.m. for a 7:00 flight on my final day. I used the TechnoGym ellipticals, stepper, and bike and they all worked flawlessly. There were also plenty of treadmills and Peleton type bikes. There was a large area for the free weights and several Nautilus-type weight machines that all worked well. The room had plenty of towels, sanitizing wipes and sanitizing spray, and water. The fitness center is located on the 8th floor.
The conference facilities (we were on the 5th floor) were all well run. The meals were tasty and it was easy to navigate.
I had dinner one night at Andare (on the first floor) and the another at the steakhouse (Daniel's Broiler) on the second floor. The chicken parm at Andare was quite good and needless to say, the NY Strip Steak at Daniel's was cooked to perfection. My favorite was the chowder, though. It was loaded with clams. The service was friendly and efficient at both restaurants.
Sadly, I did not have much of a chance to walk around the city. My colleagues said it was an easy 20 minute walk to the waterfront.
I would absolutely stay here again if I get back to Seattle on business.
Nice and clean, good location
Very limited amenities.
Nice, upmarket, location
Nothing
They had a shuttle to the cruise ship and a coffee shop! The views from our room were insane!
Nothing.
Was not too far to walk to things and around the city
I contacted the hotel team to let them know I would be arriving near midnight. Upon arrival the hotel informed me the hotel did not have any water.
Beautifully appointed and clean rooms, comfortable bed, well stocked room and bathroom, and close to everything. The market and grab and go made quick meals easy, and the bar was fun. Will try Daniel's Broiler next time - heard the steaks were fabulous. Easy to get to Paramount Theater, Pacific Place, core of downtown shopping. Friendly staff. Ended up with a corner room - 2514 - and it had a floor to ceiling window with all the glittering lights at night! A business colleague took the light rail and the station is within 10 minutes' walk from the hotel.
