I liked the location. It was walking distance to the space needle and some excellent restaurants. The Hyatt also had excellent restaurants, I was getting on a cruise ship after my stay and the Hyatt made it convenient as they offered shuttle service to my cruise ship
Great location
Parking is very expensive
Beautiful property but staff were not very helpful
Good location
Long queues for check-in and checkout. Need a card key for toilets which doesn’t help after you e just checkout. Had to skip breakfast due to wait time
Very good location
NIHIL
This is a well-managed convention hotel in downtown Seattle. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff is young and eager to help. Location cannot be beat. It is convenient to all of downtown and also close to South Lake Union, if you need to be in that area. A great choice for downtown Seattle.
The air-conditioning exhaust is located directly above the bed and generated a noticeable low-frequency humming noise throughout the day and night, which made it difficult to fully relax and sleep.
The bed was also on the softer side, which may be a matter of personal preference, but I found it less comfortable than expected.
Another disappointment was the water provision. Only two bottles of water were provided for the entire stay, which feels rather stingy for a hotel at this price point. It would be reasonable to expect complimentary bottled water to be replenished during the stay.
Overall, I expected a higher level of comfort and attention to detail from Hyatt, and unfortunately, this stay fell short of those expectations.
Very helpful staff. Comfortable bed. The cleaning lady is top notch!! She does a great job. Great location
Great place to stay. We were in town for a Mariners game for 1 night. The hotel is very clean & modern, the staff friendly & professional. Parking cost is high, $70 and the lot next door is $50, but I think that is the cost to park downtown anymore. We walked to a place called 'Lil Woody's burger place about 10pm for a bite after the game. It was next to a Voodoo donuts. Felt very safe walking that direction, past the Paramount Theater and across the highway. This is where we choose to stay downtown when we visit.
A soulless convention hotel. Comfortable beds. Plain rooms. A few restaurants. Lots of elevators. Efficient. Crowded. Expensive bar.
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, the views were beautiful, and the location was perfect for walking around the city. The staff was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly retu
Rooms were very clean and housekeeping staff was very professional. I was asked if I wanted housekeeping every day at check-in which was nice.
The location is very accessible. We walked going to pike market and space needle. The train station is walkable. The employees are super nice and helpful. The food at the market is really good and freshly made. The fresh orange juice at the restaurant is a plus.
I spent four nights and five days at the Hyatt Regency Seattle while attending my department's annual work summit, and I could not have been more pleased with my experience.
My room was spacious, modern, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished with everything needed to feel comfortable while away from home. The attention to detail was impressive. When some of my toiletries ran out during my stay, the hotel promptly replenished them, even providing items such as deodorant. It was a thoughtful touch that demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest comfort.
What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the hotel staff. Every interaction was met with kindness, professionalism, and a sincere willingness to help. The team was attentive, caring, and empathetic, creating an atmosphere that made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. Their warmth and dedication elevated an already excellent stay and deserve special recognition.
Another feature I greatly appreciated was how traveler-friendly the hotel is. Throughout the property, there were comfortable seating areas equipped with easily accessible power outlets, making it convenient to recharge phones, laptops, and other devices. As someone attending a multi-day conference, this thoughtful amenity was incredibly valuable.
The Hyatt Regency Seattle exceeded my expectations in every way. Between the outstanding accommodations, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional staff, this hotel delivers a first-class guest experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle and look forward to staying here again on future trips.
Terrible. Outrageous fees. No valet. 2-1/2 hour wait for room. Boring, sterile style. $33 per day RESORT FEE (this is just a hotel, no resort amenities!). Parking $69: Hyatt Regency informed us at check that, “self-parking is $69 per day, but the public can also park here SO YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED A PARKING SPOT.”

We stayed for one night at the Hyatt Regency Seattle before embarking on a cruise, and it was the perfect base to catch some of the local sights close by
We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and while our initial room wasn't ready, the staff offered us an available room upgrade for a very low cost. It was totally worth it to be able to check in early, drop our bags off, and freshen up before heading out to squeeze in some sights on a short stay.
The concierge was very helpful, giving us clear directions to the Space Needle and several other attractions within easy reach of the hotel.
For dinner, we dined at Andare Kitchen & Bar in the hotel. Even though it was a very busy restaurant, the service was great, and the pizzas we ordered were delicious and good size. If you didnt wish to eat in the hotel there are several other restaurants close by to the hotel.
Our room was located near the top floo. It was incredibly spacious and offered fantastic views of the city.
If returning to Seattle for a city break, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a great hotel for a pre- or post-cruise holiday.
The hotel was clean but lacked a swimming pool. The breakfast was horrible, they made us wait 40 minutes for our turn and then offered us a table at the bar instead of the restaurant, all while we noticed that there were at least 5 tables available at the main restaurant and when we asked them about it they transferred us to the main restaurant. Other guests sitting next to us had the same issue. Horrible experience for a $400+ per night hotel room. Nobody has 40 minutes to wait for breakfast! The breakfast itself lacked variety and the omelette was chargeable extra, what a joke!
