It was very pleasant and i had a nice view in the high rise and it was clean

Great facilities and rooms, but horrible unfriendly and not helpfull staff.

Great, clean, spacious rooms.

Cons:

The staff - if maybe I was the exception, i would not have mentioned it. But I saw how they were treating other guests and rolling their eyes when you disagreed with them and it is unacceptable.

Pros:

The stay was quite good overall. My main concern was that, despite the expensive room rate, complimentary breakfast was not included. Lounge access was also limited. On the positive side, the room service was excellent. I wish the breakfast buffet had been complimentary, as it would have added more value to the stay
