Important information:

Key cards can be issued via a check-in machine at another address (Seeger Living Comfort Downtown entrance, Karlstraße 42-44, 76133 Karlsruhe). Please note that there is no reception at the property and the front desk is open from 10:00 until 14:00. Online reception open daily from 08:00 to 22:00. Cleaning & linen change once a week. Please note that cash is not possible on site.

Billing is free of charge only by email. Please provide the email address to the property in advance. If you wish to receive an invoice in paper form, please inform the property prior the day of your departure.

Washing machine and the dryer can be used only for an extra charge.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Super schönes großzügiges Apartment zum guten Preis
Pros:

Ich bin seit 4 Jahren immer wieder in Karlsruhe und buche immer wieder gerne eines der Apartments von Seeger Living . Sehr schönes Apartment, großzügige Küche und großes Bad. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Großer Kleiderschrank, so ist auch ein längerer Aufenthalt möglich. Der große Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein.

PS: Das angekündigte FreshUp vom Februar 2025 ist noch nicht in allen Apartments umgesetzt?

Cons:

Bitte das Geschirr wieder vervollständigen und alles um die Abzugshaube mal reinigen.

Sehr gut geeignet für eine stationäre therapie in den städtischen kliniken Karlsruhe
Pros:

gut ausgestattete Wohnung, in der nähe der städtischen kliniken Karlsruhe.

Cons:

SchlÜsselabholung leider nicht vor ort möglich, sondern in einem entfernteren gebäude.

Pros:

Sauber, schön, komfortabel und ruhig. Alles war bestens. Auch der telefonische Service war sehr hilfreich und freundlich bezüglich Rückfragen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht perfekt😑
Pros:

Die Lage war gut!

Cons:

Die Reinigung könnte besser sein; die Böden müssten gewischt werden, es liegt viel Staub herum.
Das Bett muss dringend durch ein neues, hochwertiges ersetzt werden; es ist sehr unbequem!!!

Nicht schlecht, aber der Boden im Zimmer muss unbedingt gereinigt werden.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und das Zimmer ist funktional.

Cons:

Leider wird das Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt, es liegen Haare und Staub auf dem Boden. Ich glaube, der Boden wird nicht gewischt und es wird kein Staubsauger benutzt. Der Boden des Zimmers muss unbedingt gereinigt werden. Das Bett im Zimmer ist auch nicht sehr bequem. Wenn man sich hinlegt, sinkt das Bett ein. :(((
