Great location for Vanderbilt, nice large rooms.
No wine in kiosk downstairs.
The hotel was great!
You have to pay to park in the hotel parking garage!! That's ridiculous seeing you pay $250 a night!!! Especially when the hotel owns the parking garage!!! Parking was $45 a night!!!
Convenient and easy access to most locations. Everything was of walking distance and it was easy to find.
Parking lot was way too expensive even for convenience. 40 dollars a night is way to much for the price of staying at the hotel and it wasn’t that clean as we had bottles and trash in random locations.
The breakfast was average. For a Hyatt I expected more love with the food. It was very generic and general.
The smart TV’s could def be better. The TV kept loosing signal on multiple channels. The tv need to be upgraded to more modern smart TV’s.
Comfortable hotel with friendly staff
The room was very nice and customer service was great.

AWFUL!!! Dreadful staff, atrocious "breakfast" if you can call it that. Could not get a staff member to be helpful at all. For four days, housekeeping did not clean my room once. Asked for fresh towels, did not get a single towel for my entire stay. Choose ANY other hotel, literally, an, other, hotel.
While staying in Nashville, we decided to grab a bite @ The Hyatt House bar because it was pet friendly & had outdoor seating. What a mistake that was! The food was just terrible. I had a hamburger w/fries. The hamburger had nothing but meat & bun, nothing! The fries were cold & still half frozen. My daughter had a chicken bacon sandwich & it also had nothing but a piece of tasteless chicken w/a strip of bacon on a bun & also cold fries. Had we not been so hungry from exploring Nashville, we would have complained & gone elsewhere but we were starving so we attempted to eat the food! It's bar so we expected bar food, but what we got was tasteless food, which we (only because we were starving) tried to eat but couldn't. I expected more from the Hyatt, especially in that area w/Vanderbilt University & Hospital right there. Any fast-food restaurant would have been better. Shame on the Hyatt!
Great location. We walked to Centennial Park, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University and toured the Belmont Mansion. Mainly we came for the music on Broadway and went downtown every day and the 3 bus was an easy ride with close stops. We visited 18 different establishments and even took a pontoon ride on the Cumberland River.
The hotel was a nice place to come back to and relax. It was clean and comfortable, most people observed the quiet hours. The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety and a great start to our day. The workout room was nice and necessary to stretch in the morning since the bed wasn't the greatest.
Our Lyft driver back to the airport told us about the great music venues right in the area of our hotel, more rock and roll, etc.. If we come back to the area, for sure we will stay at this hotel again.
Great room, gave us a free upgrade at check in. The free hotel lobby popcorn and seasoning bar was an extra great touch of hospitality and really helpful on late nights coming back from Broadway!
