Clean with all the amenities I needed. Friendly staff!

Breakfast was not as warm as I would have liked. Coffe was not hot more luke warm. ordered King and got a queen bed was not comfortable, pillows to thick. room was very clean so was hall away. Did not like the fack we had to pay for parking when it was park of the hotel.

Breakfast is amazing. The place was very clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to stay for anyone who wants to enjoy a clean-welcoming atmosphere that is close to good food and music.
Well booking through Bookings.com you are eligible to lose the room you reserved and be downgraded with no dog in the fight. I booked over 2 months prior for my wife's 50th birthday with a King size bed and kitchenet and was given a double queen bedroom. Not happy about the change but the facility is still worth booking.

I liked the convenience of the hotel from the hospital. They staff was so kind, helpful and wonderful customer service. Our family enjoyed the stay.
The $40 dollar parking was ugly lol, but other than that, everything was great.

Very nice accommodations. I was a little disappointed there was no restaurant on site. The bar menu wasn't bad, but it was limited.
The $40 per day parking fee is excessive. Plus, after I paid for my stay in full, the hotel attempted to run my card three (3) additional times. I never received a an explanation for that.

Room booked was not available. They blamed Booking.com and told me not to use your website. Had to sleep on a pull out which was uncomfortable and hurt my back. They offered to comp my parking fee, but as of 5 days later I still have no refund.
