For the money, I'll probably search for a comparable place to stay next time.
Pros:

Very nice accommodations. I was a little disappointed there was no restaurant on site. The bar menu wasn't bad, but it was limited.

Cons:

The $40 per day parking fee is excessive. Plus, after I paid for my stay in full, the hotel attempted to run my card three (3) additional times. I never received a an explanation for that.

Location, clean rooms, breakfast

Cons:

Room booked was not available. They blamed Booking.com and told me not to use your website. Had to sleep on a pull out which was uncomfortable and hurt my back. They offered to comp my parking fee, but as of 5 days later I still have no refund.

My go-to hotel.
Pros:

Comfortable place to stay and walking distance to Vanderbilt University and places to eat. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast (although they did not serve turkey sausages). It was complimentary and did what it was supposed to do. And lastly, I enjoyed having a bar downstairs. Super convenient and the bartender,(so sorry I didn't get his name) was extremely nice. This will be my go to hotel when I'm visiting the area.

Safe, easy, lovely
Pros:

Perfect room and layout with kitchenette- great space for family. Near Vanderbilt. .Very safe and walkable with many choices to eat nearby. Did not have a car and didn’t need one.
Went to a concert downtown at Bridgestone Arena only 1.5 miles away. Easy to walk or ride share. Would have loved to stay longer and enjoy the music scene. Nice staff and fun happy hour with music too !

Pros:

Hyatt House Vanderbilt in Nashville Tennessee is definitely a wonderful place to stay. I'm looking forward to my next trip. Clean room, great staff, excellent service and food, family friendly.

Great last minute stay
Pros:

Needed to book a room for a last minute stay. Hotel was beautiful. Check-in was super easy. Staff friendly. And the room was great. Clean and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again.
