Room was miss sold , the room we had booked had an unrestricted view of the harbour .
The room they gave us was on the first floor with a very restricted view because of the trees .
When we went to reception they blamed Booking.com for displaying the wrong room .
Moved us for the second night and was still not the same room but wasn't offered a refund for the mistake .
Nice hotel but I wouldn't have paid the price I did for the two rooms if I had known .
I specifically choose the room and paid the money for that view as i am a fisherman and wanted to sit and watch the boats early morning.
I feel very let down at there excuse in blaming booking .com .

The grounds and overall condition of the hotel is very well kept and maintained, location is also excellent and provides an excellent view over the bay.
Lack of air conditioning in the room, some of the amenities such as the hairdryer & bedside phone looked and seemed fairly dated. The room didn't have a safe or mini fridge to keep water/ drinks in.

Steps - hundreds of them inside & out! On arrival, car park too cramped & not enough spaces. Then 3 flights of steps to Reception. The building is a labyrinth & I would not want to try & get out when the fire alarm goes off!

The room does not have a fridge or air conditioning. It was very hot at some point and we couldn't stay in the room. It can also do with an iron box.
