Breakfast
Lots of steps
Great location with amazing views of Tenby Beach.
Dinner in the restaurant was amazing
Water pressure on the 3rd floor is almost non existent. Need to run hot water for 3 minutes before it starts
Lage, Aussicht, großzügiges Frühstück
Kleiner Nassraum ohne Ablage
Good location immaculately clean with parking
Food a little pricey
Lovely breakfast everyday, with a lot to choose from. Staff very friendly and attentive.
Our room was comfortable, and had a sea view that we had requested.
It was the third time we have stayed, and a great base for our week in Tenby.
It would have been helpful to have the choice of "lighter bites" menu in the Garden Bar into teatime / early evening, such as basic sandwiches, toasties, etc, which might well have encouraged us to "eat-in" more often than we did.
The staff we met, Anita, John and the beautiful Taylor all made my daughter feel really special! Everyone was so kind and welcoming and just a pleasure to be in their company, fantastic hotel, just wish the pool was a touch warmer!! Will be back in summer!!
staff, breakfast, view. surroundings.
The chef clearly has a view of his skills that we didn't share. Odd tasting food. Taking prime ingredients, e.g. hake fillet, and overpowering it with odd tastes. We are people of condsiderable experience and have eaten in some prestigious venues but this experience just didn't measure up. Small "superior" room and even smaller bathroom, designed by a man, no hooks, no shelves. and tiny.
The hotel was very clean and well presented the staff were very friendly and professional and extremely helpful
Unfortunately the soundproofing between the rooms is very poor and let's noise travel which is annoying
The siting of the hotel cannot be bettered in Tenby - it must be the great iconic view of the harbour and old town.
The quality of the cooking is excellent - breakfast and dinner - some dishes with interesting special elements. The restaurant staff are particularly attentive, memorable, and friends with many returning clients. The bedrooms and en suite are reasonably well furnished and up to date.
For those who are ageing gently, the dinner main courses are perhaps larger than necessary and the price could be moderated. The menu does not seem to have any variation within several days stay - so that one runs out of choice really.
Only one draught beer is available, and nothing bottled from the south Wales region - a pity not to make a point of offering.
Staying for several nights, the room cleaning was inconsistent - the few toiletries (and the biscuits!) not cleared up or replaced - and the hot water supply a struggle.
The hotel was immaculately presented the location and views were excellent and the food was very good.
Bathroom in our room was a little small
Beautiful hotel. Immaculate!! Stunning location.
Beautiful Hotel, with fantastic views over Tenby, but within a short walk. Great facilities. Clean, with amazing Staff who are so friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, and luxury bedding. Breakfasts were an absolute delight, and delicious. Can't find a fault with anything, and we'll be back!
Staff were exceptional
The first room we had smelled of drains. We were moved next door and the corridor still smelled of drains. The room we moved to was very cold when we first got in. Shower and bath were warm not hot water. I took a bath and did not put in any cold water at all. Rooms are also very limited in size compared to the pictures.
Location was great very scenic hotel overall was off a high standard
Shower could’ve been a little bit better but that’s been picky other than that overall it was very nice.
The gardens are immaculate and the seating area overlooking Tenby is spectacular. Lovely place for a drink or cup of tea / coffee.
The bar and gardens are lovely, but the atmosphere in the dining room is a bit lacking.
Nothing too much trouble. Staff were all amazing.
Breakfast lovely and staff so friendly.
There was nothing i could grumble about.
