Step in my room and lots of stairs throughout
Food was exceptional, we had two evening meals which left me speechless the lobster was amazing. As for breakfast just as delicious. The view from the room was lovely looking out at the sea. All in all a fabulous experience.
My only criticism which may only apply to me is the need of a small fridge or drinks fridge. The room are quite compact which makes this unsuitable. But when you have to store things like injections down in the kitchen fridge, that means your up and down throughout the day to collect one.
Breakfast great plenty of choice ,service impeccable.

Loved the room and how clean it was
The telly .We could not get many channels only the shopping channels and bost or car building programmes and then we did find something we liked it kept going off saying no signal.

En-suite was large and clean as was the room
Lovely food and the bar was also great in the evening.

Parking is limited but we did manage to get parked in the evenings
The staff were extremeley pleasant. Reception staff require more enthuisam. Breakfast was excellent, Views were great. The room was tidy, but given the age of the hotel, showed some signs of wear. Bed was comfortable.
No air conditioning. Had to ask for a fan unit. Low roof banged head, small bathroom. Loose door opposite corridor (store room), banged all night and had no sleep. Had to get somebody to tighten the door catch, in which they did that day. Night two sees me with no further rest as the alarm system went off, not once, but twice. Had to get up and go down to reception, where I was greeted with a 'sensor in the kitchen caused the issue' I was ready to pack up and move to another hotel at this time. I was aware that the hotel was at the top of a hill, but then there were steps up to the hotel, then 3rd floor up in hotel itself. Car parking is shocking, particularly for disabled drivers like myself require a 'wide' parking space. Parked uder a tree, got covered in bird lime. All in all, not on my list to stay again moving forward.
Exceptionally friendly staff, lovely, good breakfast, lovely décor.
Shower was a bit rubbish, the bathroom needed hooks.

The Polish husband and wife team in the restaurant were exceptional. Their service was over and above the norm and went out of their way to make sure we were happy, e.g. offered to get the chef out to help with the lobster.
Path down to the beach wasn't suitable for elderly folk, but we managed it going up.
Good breakfast, made to request. Great views of Tenby
It got a little warm one evening, but I suppose it’s the middle of summer.
