Staff not professional
At check in process staff give room keycard that In-room have other people used room, staff tell me I don't know what happens. ??? I don't know too What about safety???

And I order for lunch box , Staff calculate the wrong price and already paid by credit card, after staff detected amount of price so staff refund me by cash. ????? why she not refund me on same credit card. So I told you should be refund by credit card.

Outdoor bathtub have a fee to use.

We had a nice stay for five nights.
Pros:

New and comfortable hotel, nice room and a nice sauna.

Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft. Die Hekla immer im Blick und Golden Circle, Südküste und Hochland sehr gut erreichbar. Top Wellnessbereich. Alles super gemütlich und ein Hauch von Superior 💚

Cons:

Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die Speisekarte hat sich seit 5 Jahren nicht verändert. Suppe des Tages ist nach wie vor Spargelsuppe 😅

Beautiful surroundings, great breakfast, friendly staff
Pros:

No words can explain how beautiful this was: overlooking vast fields with horses and the mountains in the back. The breakfast was awesome and we loved every second! Staff was super friendly! Cannot recommend enough!
