Camera molto spaziosa e curata. In particolare, il bagno era molto ampio e confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato la colazione e la disponibilità dello staff che si è prodigato nel rimediare ad un piccolo problema che si era generato all’ingresso della nostra camera.
La posizione è un po’ defilata rispetto alla città vecchia

There were some broken stuff in the room
The location is very convenient, right next to the underpass that leads directly to the beach. One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is that guests have access to the hotel beach and sun loungers are included in the room price. This is a significant benefit, as outside visitors have to pay around €30–35 for a sun lounger.
The hotel also offers free underground parking, which is very convenient, especially when travelling by car. The underground parking area is easily accessible by elevator directly from the hotel.
The reception staff were very helpful, responsive and friendly, and they clearly explained everything we needed to know.
Breakfast and dinner were included in our stay, which made the overall package very convenient.
The main downside was the lack of variety in the meals. Dinner included in the half-board package is based on a fixed menu, and the choices are essentially the same. You can select what you prefer from that menu, but if nothing suits you, the restaurant has another menu available at an additional cost, which is not included in the half-board package. Breakfast could also be more varied.
Another disappointing point was the beach service. We noticed that the staff appeared to reserve the sun loungers in the first rows with their own towels before hotel guests arrived. Later during the day, these loungers seemed to be offered for a fee to visitors who were not staying at the hotel. As sun loungers are included for hotel guests, this gave us the impression that outside paying visitors were sometimes given priority over hotel guests.
Also, if your room faces the roundabout, be prepared for noise at night. There is a nightclub or other entertainment venue very close to the hotel, and loud music can be heard in the room until late at night.
It is a nice hotel near, clean and comfortable, the staff is really nice and polite, the beds were comfortable and the room space is good. You got access to the private beach as part of your stay, they provided towels for you at the reception. The beach is 3 minutes walk from the hotel and very nice with sun beds and umbrellas. Breakfast was good and you have many restaurants options walking near by. Parking and wifi is available.
The pool is indoor which is not great, the Jacuzzi was not working and you have no control of the AC in your room, you need to call the reception every time you want to adjust the temperature.
The options in the restaurant are very limited.
Very supportive and helpful crew - assisted in breakfast boxes in our last checkout day when we missed the breakfast. Assisted with providing and updating us with the free parking status. Assistance during crisis to find us an hotel due to an unexpected delay in out flight back home.
Air condition was not cold enough but we got a lot of support from the hotel crew by setting up specific temperature for our room and providing us with a fan.
Everything was wonderful.

Anja und ihr Team an der Rezeption waren immer sehr hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und professionell, sie haben uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Das Hotel hat ein tolles Spa mit super Saunas, auf dem Dach des Hotels einen schönen indoor Pool und die Massagen können wir ebenfalls wärmstens empfehlen. Das Hotel hat auch einen eigenen Strandbereich mit neuen Liegen (2026 eröffnet), das Personal am Strand war immer nett und der Service im Hotel und am Strand war generell super. Wir hatten drei Zimmer und alle drei Zimmer sind geräumig, gepflegt und wurden täglich sehr sauber geputzt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Ein Lob auch an das freundliche Putzpersonal! Die Lage des Hotels ist auch unmittelbar nahe am Strand und der Promenade. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder :)
Great staff, good size of the room. Excellent for toddlers with the kids play area and the breakfast buffet was tremendous. Private beach was a bonus and hospitality was top notch. Location was excellent. Overall, great experience!
The only thing I'd probably say and I don't think it's something I didn't like. What would be nice is for half board deals is to get more options for dinner. By the end of the trip, getting the same options for 4-5 nights was a bit boring. The food was great, don't get me wrong. Just that since the actual menu is quite expansive, I'd love for the menu to have more choices for the fixed half board menus as well.
