Best thing about this place was the water pressure in the showers.
Check in & out process is handled off-site in another location which is super inconvenient, especially when travelling with kids. The room we were allocated smelt when we entered, we turned the aircon on for 20 minutes while we unloaded the car which made the room smell even worse & we couldn’t use the ac the rest our stay. The room was on the 11th floor and there was no sound proofing so you can hear every car/motorbike/ambulance that went past all night (waking up our kids). The floors were filthy to the point we had black feet walking barefoot & our 10month old son had dirty clothes from crawling. Beds in the second room slide around on wheels and vinyl floors. The property manager also called me during my stay to remind me to check out the following day… we would never stay here again.
We always stay at the Towers of Chevron and love the hotel
The property was good however I wasn’t happy with Coastal Letting Co and the apartment . We were told we could access the property after 2, we arrived round 4.30 and there was a plumber in the room, the balcony door didn’t lock, there was no battery cover on TV remote and batteries were corroded so we couldn’t use remote and had to get batteries plus there were cockroaches through the apartment. I rang Coastal Letting the following day to discuss and they advised they would get someone out to fix balcony door, no one arrived so the whole time we were there the balcony door was unlocked. They ignored the fact there were cockroaches in the apartment. I would never book with this company gain

Hotel facilities were awesome, and host were very helpful throughout check-in & check-out process. Location was a big bonus. I would book again with Q-stay but just in another bedroom or hotel.
The Rooms were very dull, poor lighting. Lamps in the bedroom were also different colours.
The shower would flood most times we had a shower resulting in us using towels to dry the floor. The beds/ mattresses were very uncomfortable to the point that the my children 5&2 years old were more comfortable to lay on the couches in the living room.

Both sofas were very uncomfortable especially the leather one it was actually terrible.

Pretty disappointed with our stay. When we arrived we took over an hour to find our car park. Coastal letting co told us our bay number and car park but no direction on where to find it. It turned out our carpark wasn’t in the main section and we were suppose to enter another way. I Wish we had some sort of direction. The bathroom had no fan and only a towel rack for one towel. The room felt dirty. When we arrived all the glasses and plates were not properly washed so I had to go through all the cupboards and clean them myself. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I could feel the springs and it was causing back and hip pain. I did reach out to coastal letting co who kindly provided another mattress protector but it still wasn’t a very comfy bed. I wouldn’t stay here again and I probably wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either. It would also would have been nice to have a face to face service when picking up the keys and a welcome considering it was the middle of the day when we went to pick them up.
I like the location and the feel of the apartment. Though there was a lmap on a table with no outlet close by which felt weird.
There were a lot of intrsuctions for pick up and drop of of keys. was a bit stressfull.

The cleanliness, the lack of communication from customer service regarding air-conditioning ceiling fans. Overall presentation of the property was pretty dismal and gross. One of the big had a dip in one side, so it was very uncomfortable. Overall, our day was pretty ordinary.

Few maintenance items in the unit
The area of this hotel is in the prime location so that is definitely something to note when staying here. If they did happen to take on my feedback and work on their cleanliness we would return as it is prime spot for being near everything but for now we are quite put off.
Unfortunately our stay was disappointing due to the overall cleanliness and maintenance standards of the apartment.
While the apartment looked modern in photos, the actual upkeep did not reflect the price paid for our 10-day stay. We experienced multiple issues including an ineffective dryer that left clothes and towels damp even after overnight cycles, dirty shower tracks and seals with visible grime buildup, leaking/dirty windows, a heavily clogged vacuum cleaner, and dusty air-conditioning/heater filter areas that appeared poorly maintained.
We also raised maintenance concerns during our stay regarding the dryer, toaster and remote. Although we responded promptly when access was requested, follow-up communication was significantly delayed and no meaningful action occurred until we had approximately 3 days remaining of our holiday, making the assistance largely ineffective by that stage.
I will say that after formally raising our concerns following the stay, management acknowledged the issues and offered compensation, which was appreciated. However, overall the apartment did not meet the standard we expected for the amount paid.
