Location is good but not the best
La struttura si trova in una posizione estremamente funzionale, lo staff è stato accogliente e gentile in ogni informazione richiesta. La struttura presenta diversi servizi che possono risultare inusuali per le classiche strutture ricevettive europee, in positivo ovviamente. Mostre itinerenanti nella hall dell’albergo che variano di stagione in stagione.

Le personnel était très agréable et la chambre était propre. Largement suffisant pour 3 nuits. Pour ceux qui aiment les jeux vidéos, il y avait pleins de consoles en libre accès au rez-de-chaussée. L’hôtel peut également réserver à l’avance des taxis ce qui est pratique pour les escapades.

Kinda far from the station, walking with luggages wasn’t very cool… the bathroom is kinda small as well but it wasn’t really a problem for me.

Staff were all friendly and polite. Breakfast options were healthy and tasty. Laundry facilities, ice and water stations very very handy.
More washing machines or ability to book either one. Observed a guest washing two them one clothing at a time hogging the washing machine
This property is beautiful, my room was stunning and exceptional in all ways. The staff were very helpful and kind.
It's around a 10 minute walk to the nearest station as well my only other complaint was the property was under construction though I didn't have any noise complaints. As well my room wasn't accessible for someone who can't go up steps which wasn't in the description.

The entire experience was awesome! They reply quickly to your messages before you arrive to your destination, staff is very kind and helpful with questions you have and they do luggage forwarding from hotel to hotel which was very handy in my case (considering I needed to go to Tokyo). The bed was comfortable with lovely little couch and it was overall pretty quiet on the floor I was staying at. When going to the bathroom, it's a but higher up, so watch your step for sure! The location is in a pretty quiet place away from the center and from the crowds, while still near the station. I personally like it not being too busy and crowded, so I was happy with the location it was at! I would definitely stay there again when visiting Kyoto
