値段からして非常にお勧め。
Pros:

建造物自体は新しいとは言えないものの、完全リフォームされ古さは感じない。
部屋もユニットバスも清潔だし、朝食は和洋折衷で色々選べ好みで食べられる。
スタッフは昼夜で交代するが皆んな親切。
ロケーションは日本一長いと言われる商店街に近く、必要なものは直ぐに揃えられる。

Cons:

窓のカーテンを開けると目前に隣接するビルの壁一面で、夜の高松市内を眺めることが出来なかった。スモーキングルームが２・１０Ｆにあるが非常に狭く３〜４人入れば満室なので、グループが先に入ってると随分待たされる。この狭さなら各階に設置してほしい。

家族で利用したので、バストイレ別が有り難かったです。瓦町駅から徒歩5分、ホテル周辺は飲食店やコンビニ等も多くあり便利でした。
