Staff terbaik , lokasi hotel memang cun , depan pantai , tepi chenang mall . Petang sampai malam taktau nak pi mana keluaq ronda depan tu dah syok .

Must stay here for long trip
Pros:

Easy booking n cheap price compare to others with booking com. The hotel is easy excess to anywhere, most chocolate mall, massage service everywhere with cheap price, very happening at night, have street market in front of hotel. Everything is the best. Must recommended to all.

Everything was good but not the room

Hotel location is right opposite the main Cenang beach

Cons:

We found ants and cockroaches in the room. We went out at night while it was raining heavily, and when we returned, the floor was wet due to leaking from the balcony door. In the middle of the night, we were moved to a smaller room, changing from a queen bed to twin beds. In the new room, the toilet bowl was very dirty and seemed like it had not been cleaned properly.

Chambre spacieuse et moderne

Cons:

Nuisance sonore jusqu’à 00h
Aucune insonorisation dans les chambres et l’hôtel
On entend tout le bruit et la musique qui vient de la rue donc compliqué de trouver le sommeil avant 00h
Personnelle féminin assez désagréable et peu souriante
Salle de bain dans son jus pas à jour

Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The room was very satisfying—spacious and clean, with a strategically located hotel. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Cons:

Parking spaces are limited and situated at a distance. It is recommended to install wall-mounted fans in front of the lifts on each floor, as the area tends to be quite warm while waiting

Ok, pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

location is good, as it is in Chenang. Breakfast provided are good spread, not excellent, average and not bad.

Cons:

Parking for guest is a challenge because it is located way at the back. However, I am not sure how you are going to improve on that.
