Excellent stay. Would stay again. Food was yummy and staff are helpful.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, professional, and overall an excellent service all round.

Cons:

Maybe a selection of pillows in the bedroom. The ones on the bed are quite high so had an uncomfortable night fussing with pillows. Also signage to the hotel and car park could be better. I drove past twice and couldn't see where the car park outside reception was. So was awkward getting luggage to the hotel. Also let guests know there is no lift. Not great when you have a far bedroom and need to take your luggage up stairs.

Good value, friendly staff, plenty of facilities on site.
Pros:

Perfect for us, we visited the area to see our son. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Despite us being close to closing, the restaurant were great and our meal excellent, good choice, very tasty, highly recommend. Whole place/room was very clean. Happily return. 10 mins from Milton Keynes, but lovely and quiet.

Extremely good value & clean / safe - very well organised, flexible and lovely staff
Pros:

Extremely quiet, clean and comfortable, with lovely staff and relaxed but professional atmosphere. Staff went out of their way to accommodate my sensory issues/allergy which was much appreciated.

Cons:

Bed a bit hard but personal preference & if I was staying longer would just have asked for additional duvet to pad it a bit, so didn’t detract
