Lovely hotel with spa, parking and good breakfast
Pros:

The staff were really great, breakfast lovely, swimming pool and sauna wonderful. The bedroom was very nicely decorated. The hotel was spacious, clean and well-decorated. There is alot of car park space. We had a good stay and I'm interested in coming back to use the facilities on my own for some me-time!

Cons:

Some signage from the overflow car park to reception is definitely needed. Secondly, we arrived at the end of an unprecedented heatwave. Unfortunately we were placed on the second floor and the sun was pouring on at 3pm. The room was 32 degrees. There was air conditioning but it could not be used unless our single key card was in the slot. We turned it on overnight but the temperature only got down to 26 deg by morning. It might have been better to place us on the ground floor facing north. Also, to air condition before we got there, or provide two keys and explain the situation.

Pros:

Great location, spacious family rooms. Nice one site gym. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Delicious breakfast with lots of options to suit different dietary requirements.

Good stay fair price - aircon needs a rethink
Pros:

Perfect location for use of conference centre and good breakfast. The pool is a great facility to have and perfect given the hot weather during my stay

Cons:

The aircon in the room did not work sufficiently well although I acknowledge that 35degree evening temp is unusual for UK
