Good price, location, facilities, breakfast and would definitely stay again
Pros:

It was a very comfortable stay for the money. Breakfast was fine and the overall feeling of the space was very relaxed. Nicely located out in the countryside

The overall stay was good
Pros:

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the basic facilities needed for a pleasant stay. Having access to the sauna was an added bonus and a feature I particularly appreciated.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality of food. The restaurant staff were especially welcoming, accommodating, and kind throughout, which made the overall experience much more enjoyable. Their attentive service was one of the highlights of my visit.

Cons:

I arrived shortly after the stated check-in time of 2:00 pm; however, I was informed that my room was not yet ready. Unfortunately, the interaction with the front desk staff left me feeling as though I was being blamed for arriving at the scheduled check-in time rather than being offered an apology for the delay.
I was initially advised that the room would require approximately another 30 minutes to be prepared. When I returned around 45 minutes later, the room was still unavailable. In the end, it took over an hour after my arrival before the room was ready.

I understand that occasional delays can happen, but I would have appreciated clearer communication, more proactive updates, and a more welcoming approach from the front desk team during the wait.

Comfortable stay, Staff friendly.
Pros:

Room was comfortable. The stay was pleasant. Nice Gym and Swimming facilities. Good tea/coffee service in rooms and near reception area (free of charge). The food was good from the bar. Room had A/C.

Cons:

There wasn't much not to like. The A/C could do with updating as my vibrated at times (which made it noisy). And they could do with offering menus in the rooms so guests know what food options are available. The TV could do with updating too, as not many channels available.

Pros:

Although a little out of the way and a short drive away from the A428, the 10 to 15 minute drive was well worth it

Cons:

Very nicely presented, very clean and modern in appearance and the staff exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble.
