Over priced
Pros:

Cleanliness and comfort

Cons:

Extra prices added on, bill being given to you in the restaurant whilst you are still eating. Paid £649 for 2 nights in a cramped suite. Then charged an extra £15 per day for parking, £25pp for breakfast pn. Room service for ice was £8.

Enjoyed our stay just a few tweaks and wild score higher.
Pros:

Clean, bath, strong water pressure, quiet, good size, quaint common sitting areas, AC, nice stroll to green and village/shops. Bag storage.
We are returning shortly.

Cons:

Bathroom floor tiles slippery, no bubble bath and salts, coffee table would be handy, doona too heavy for summer, no ceiling light dimmers, bathroom magnify mirror, somewhere to hang hand towels on front of sink…, more bathroom sink storage, draws, looks onto carpark.

Very nice hotel, in a quiet area but close to everything
Pros:

Lovely hotel, lovely welcome, they upgraded me from a cosy double to a bigger double for free & gave me 241 cocktails voucher.. So i enjoyed a couple of delish cosmopolitans & small plate monkfish scampi in the garden before going out. Its right by a beautiful viewing park, pubs close by, Richmond Park just on the corner, bus down into Richmond town or short walk. Ham House is a lovely 40 min walk along the river. Its a gorgeous area. As i was out with friends a lot, i didnt have time to enjoy its bar or restaurant but it was a lovely place to sit.

Excellent Stay at Richmond Hill Hotel
Pros:

My wife, daughter and I had an absolutely excellent stay at the Richmond Hill Hotel. Fabulous afternoon tea and breakfast package. Room was very spacious and beds amazingly comfortable. All staff friendly and helpful. great attention to detail, including the blue takeaway water bottles. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit this lovely part of London.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Very enjoyable short stay in a beautiful location.
Room, service, dinner and bar all excellent.
