Perfect spot in Richmond if you are looking for a little extra.
Pros:

Lovely spot overlooking parks etc, lovely rooms with air condition which was wonderful as we were in Richmond in the heatwave. Restaurant on site, plus room service which we thoroughly enjoyed and nice walk to station, bus stop also short walk.

Perfektes niveauvolles Hotel, um London von Richmond aus zu erkunden
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt unfassbar schön, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit dem bekannten Themse-Blick. Die Einrichtung ist klassisch Englisch auf hohem Niveau.
Das Hotel Personal ist auffallend freundlich. Wir haben häufiger in der Bar gegessen oder einen Drink genommen, dort war es auch sehr, sehr schön. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Pros:

The room was nice and lovely grounds

Cons:

Its a 4 star hotel but 2 star service. The managers advice to remedy the poor service was that I should have booked a better 4 star or maybe 5 star hotel to get good service! I will be taking her advice.

Maten i restaurangen var väldigt bra och prisvärd. Drinkarna ganska bra. Rent i badrummet lite väl långt att gå till hissen om man hamnar på våning 5 ( obs ingen hiss här)
