المكان نظيف وهادي حبيت ان موظفه الاستقبال وجدان كانت جدا متعاونه وتشرح كل التفاصيل بالاضافه للموظف احمد يتحدث العربيه وكان لطيف جدا معنا

I don't find any room cleaning service in my 5 night stay. Breakfasts (e.g. no banana !) are not suitable for a 4-star hotel

Not too bad, but definitely won't come here again

The kitchen staff was great - friendly and professional. Tables were always clean and breakfasts were great. Breakfasts is the best thing in this hotel.

Cons:

The worst thing is they are intentionally trying to put you in unacceptable conditions to make money on you. They let you book room for 2 adults and a kid, but they don't provide an extra bed for the kid, even for teenagers....Well, they offered an extra bed for 30 Euro per night. I don't know if it's their side business, or not, but this is ridiculous. This bed also looks like a total shame, how did you get an idea to charge 30 Euro per night for this? (I attach picture of this shame) I had to buy inflatable mattress to have one more place to sleep.

I suggest you to sell rooms with no beds...and beds will cost extra, this way you'll make even more)

Location is not good, far from attractions and far from shops. There are only some warehouses and 18+ facilities in the area...not good for families at all...

Fridge didn't work in my room, the kitchenette is not equipped, you have it, but you can't use it. There are only 2 plates, 2 bowls and 2 forks. You can't even normally use the sink because the microwave is over it and if you are taller than 130cm - it might be challenging and it will be for sure inconvenient.

In our last day we met a cockroach, though I think it's a coincidence, the cleaning was good.

Comfortable, well equipped, great hotel!
Pros:

It was incredibly quiet, the temperature was cool with the air conditioning, the staff was incredibly helpful & kind and did everything they could to make the stay a good one. It was excellent value! I liked it so much I booked it for another stay!
