Cons:

Terrible experience. I was called less than 24 hours before my stay and told my reservation was cancelled due to overbooking. I was just told to deal with Booking.com, but not from the hotel.

Jason from the hotel was helpful, but the Booking.com hotline staff were very rude and misunderstood my situation, thinking I requested the cancellation myself.

Booking.com is still holding my prepayment and hasn’t replied to my email.

First time I’ve experienced this in decades of travel.

Very good and nice staff.
Pros:

I liked the parking in front of the room but the bathrooms are way too small. The breakfast was nice as well the coffee shop n the hall was great.

Cons:

The bathroom was way to small you couldn’t really move around much and the shower head needs to be changed.

Great stay
Pros:

The price of the room for an overnight stay is pretty reasonable. The rooms are clean. I like that they have coffee/ hot choco machine, and you can take your drink anytime. The packed breakfast is good too, especially if you don't want to sit down and eat. It has an apple, yogurt, a muffin, a granola bar and a juice box. Overall, I am satisfied with our overnight stay.

Pros:

The staff and GM were absolutely amazing and super helpful. Best hotel service I have ever received. Will definitely stay here again. They have free coffee and water 24/7 and free laundry facilities during the day are so considerate too!
