Es imposible poder comunicarse con el
Hotel por teléfono, nunca responden. Deberían de tener una persona que se encargue de responder a los cliente que estamos fuera de la ciudad y queremos tener información respecto a la reserva

Hotel na ideálním místě ro návštěvu Bogoty, nebo pro přespání s navazujícím letem. Služba s busem odvozu na letiště je skvělá a funguje perfektně. Snídaně výborné, personál skvělý, bylo umožněno dřívější ubytování, protože jsme přijeli ráno v 7.30. Vše fungovalo jak mělo a servis perfektní.

Cons:

I přes zavřené okno, byl slyšet hluk od startujících letadel, to jediné bylo nepříjemné.
