According to Colombian law, only nonresident tourists are eligible for VAT exemption. To confirm tourist status at check-in, you may present the immigration stamp in your passport or the Andean Immigration Card or Mercosur Card, which details the foreign visitor's entry into Colombia (date and type of entry). Alternatively, follow immigration authorities' verification instructions.
Colombian citizens holding dual nationality are not considered foreign tourists or nonresident visitors in Colombia and therefore do not qualify for VAT refunds (as per Article 1.6.1.23.3 of Decree 1067/2015).

El ruido excesivo en las habitaciones se escucha ha todo lo de los pasillos y adicionalmente al lado del hotel había un vecino con la música a todo volumen hasta media noche, muy malo aislamiento de sonido, no permite descansar

En general estuvo bien, en recepción quizá un poquito más de entusiasmo pero a veces se entiende que están cansados o todos tenemos un mal día. El restaurante tarda demasiado tiempo en sacar la comida, pedí un Sándwich club y estuve esperando casi una hora para que me lo trajeran.

Siempre me gusta alojarme en este hotel, es muy cerca al aeropuerto, hay servicio de recogida del hotel al aeropuerto, y el desayuno es muy bueno.

The room was a little cold. The aircon did not provide any heat. Just cold air even though turned up to "heat".
Un hotel muy cómodo para alojarse una noche, especialmente si, como en nuestro caso, llegas por la noche y al día siguiente tienes que coger otro vuelo. Buscábamos un lugar donde poder descansar bien después de un viaje largo y cumplió perfectamente con nuestras expectativas.
Además, cuenta con una ubicación excelente, ya que está muy cerca del aeropuerto. También dispone de un servicio de traslado gratuito y frecuente, algo que resulta muy práctico. Otro punto a favor es que el desayuno comienza a las 5:00 de la mañana, lo que nos vino genial debido a nuestro horario de vuelo.
La cena en el restaurante se demoró bastante. Tanto las bebidas como la comida tardaron mucho en llegar a la mesa. Lo que más nos sorprendió fue que el restaurante estaba prácticamente vacío en ese momento; únicamente estábamos nosotras y otra mesa con un solo comensal. Después de un viaje largo y cansado, esperábamos más rapidez para poder cenar y descansar cuanto antes.
