According to Colombian law, only nonresident tourists are eligible for VAT exemption. To confirm tourist status at check-in, you may present the immigration stamp in your passport or the Andean Immigration Card or Mercosur Card, which details the foreign visitor's entry into Colombia (date and type of entry). Alternatively, follow immigration authorities' verification instructions.
Colombian citizens holding dual nationality are not considered foreign tourists or nonresident visitors in Colombia and therefore do not qualify for VAT refunds (as per Article 1.6.1.23.3 of Decree 1067/2015).

Ubicado, instalaciones, desayuno.
Que no te puedes llevar el l desayuno cuando sales muy temprano corriendo. Algunos de los recepcionistas no son tan amables como siento la característica principal de los colombianos , la amabilidad.

Si sales de carrera y no alcanzas a desayunar No te dan opciones de llevarte una cajita con el desayuno para ti o para los niños.
Tener cuidado por qué en mi última
Estancia la señorita de recepción se equivocó y tenía que digitar y cobrar 400 mil, dígito 4 millones de pesos en cobro por una noche pero en la madrugada se dio cuenta y en la mañana siguiente nos avisó. Pero solo para que estén atentos por qué aveces pasamos la tarjeta confiados ya que estamos en un hotel reconocido.
El interruptor de tarjeta que activa las luces no estaba funcionado bien y se apagaban todas las luces del cuarto

Me asignaron una habitación que no disponía de aire acondicionado. Al estar el hotel tan cerca del aeropuerto, el ruido es importante. Tuve que abrir la ventana. En general, el hotel está muy bien, la ubicación excelente si vienes sólo por una noche. Deben advertir a los huéspedes que hay algunas habitaciones que no disponen de aire acondicionado
La atencion del Jefe de alimentos y bebidas, fue un caballero muy amable.
