Location was fine, especially given the price. The accommodations were more than adequate.
The only issues where technology related:
1) Door cards were not working through the building; and 2) The wrong instructions were provided for logging into WiFi. Other than that, it was great!
Convenient location from train station. Super comfy bed! We were able to check in early!
Room is small but manageable.
Like the cleanliness, location and the retro decor.
The TV didn't work, being on a high floor, key cards were not working and had to be let in by staff everytime you came back to your room.

The bed was comfortable and the individual duvets were a nice feature.
The birthday welcome was very nice.
The room was very small, which is to be expected for NYC, but there was barely room to walk to between the bed and the AC.
There also wasn't a lot of storage space and no fridge in the room.
The shower leaked like crazy, so even though we put towels down, the floor still got soaked.
It also feels like the room wasn't planned out well. There are mirrors on basically every wall in the bathroom-including in front of the toilet. It also meant that the only place to put the soap dispenser was behind the toilet at arm level, so you could hit the dispenser as you were trying to get toilet paper.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, decoración y sobretodo la comodidad de las camas. Un buel colchón que permitía el descanso.
La calle por las noches se llena de basuras y personas sin hogar.
Bed was very comfortable, the room was super clean. Location is great, walking distance to train station, bryant park and many other places. Room is on the smaller side (expected) but there is a decent amount of closet space to help for those with more belongings. There's free tap / sparking water at reception area which was a huge plus!

Ho amato la posizione comodissima e la disponibilità gratuita e per tutto il giorno delle biciclette. Queste due cose ci hanno permesso di visitare tutta la città in 4 giorni
la cosa più scomoda era la dimensione della camera, essendo molto piccola non c’era nemmeno spazio per mettere via i vestiti o le valige che abbiamo dovuto appoggiare per terra

It’s very convenient to Penn station/NJ Transit. The rooms are very small, but if you’re only sleeping/showering, it’s an excellent value. Bedclothes are very good!
Rooms are very small but we knew that going in as we’ve stayed there before. There are no amenities to speak of: gym, chairs in rooms, etc…but the price makes up for it.
