The location couldn't have been better — just steps from the train station. The staff were welcoming and highly professional, and the room was spotless and charming. The flexibility to drop off my luggage before check-in and after check-out was a wonderful touch. I'll definitely be returning!

The room was really small. Was overcharged, but was able to get it refunded.
The people were so nice! I appreciate that they held our bags before and after check-in so we could explore the city unencumbered.
The free sodas and water were appreciated as were all the little extras! I'm adopting the 2-duvet concept (king room) for my own home. The location is excellent; it is walkable from Penn Station and to the garment district fabric stores.
The room felt claustrophobic. But that's the norm for NYC. I nearly got stuck between the bed and the wall.

I loved how genuinely kind everyone was, plus the room was tidied up every single day and our bathroom towels were changed almost every day too.
Also everything was clean and the place was close the the subway.
Very good location for what we needed/wanted (Theatres, subway, restaurants, Hudson River Greenway).

Coffee maker was not good -- would prefer to have lobby coffee in the AM.
Very tight room for 2 people; room was basically the bed and dresser.
TV or rather the cable/streaming was very finicky and iffy -- did not work well.

Hulpvaardig personeel. Kamer is klein, maar voor de tijd die je op je kamer doorbrengt is het prima.
We zaten op de 11de in de fashionata kamer(2 kamers aaneen)
I stayed for 5 nights with my daughter. The rooms although on the small side were perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Excellent location for exploring the city both on foot and by subway.
All the staff were friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble.
The fresh cookies in the afternoon are a lovey touch as is the snack rack and drinks fridge.
If ever we come to the city again would definitely stop here

It is centrally located, everything is easily accessible on foot, metro station nearby. The bed was very comfortable, despite the noisy city, the room was quiet. I would especially highlight the cleanliness. The towels were changed daily, the room was cleaned and the bed was made. What is an extra and thoughtful gesture for guests is that chilled soft drinks, teas and snacks are available in the lobby free of charge. The staff is kind and helpful. The wifi worked well, you only had to wait a few minutes for the elevators. Overall, a very pleasant hotel with a good location, I can only recommend it, with maximum satisfaction.😃

My husband and I try to get to NY a couple of times a year for theater, exhibits, etc. The last two times we have stayed at Staypineapple - 36th St. between 8th and 9th Avenues. Terrific location, immaculate rooms, friendly, professional staff, just a couple of blocks from Penn Station, Times Square, and the subway. Also very close to a great diner for breakfast. Prices are reasonable (for NY) and I highly recommend it. We'll be staying there again.

New Yorkissa meteliä on varmasti kaikkialla, mutta tämän hotellin katua pitkin tuntui olevan erityisesti liikennettä. Lisäksi hotellin vieressä sijaitsi paikka johon käytiin pitkin yötä tyhjentämässä roskiksia tms. joka aiheutti meteliä. Korvatulppien kanssa nukkuminen onnistui ihan ok.
Kylpyhuone oli hieman epämiellyttävä kun seinät oli kauttaaltaan peiliä. Suihkussa ei ollut kunnon suojaa, vain pieni reuna lattian rajassa ja suihkuverho joten jokaisen suihkukerran jälkeen myös muu kylpyhuoneen lattia oli osittain märkä.
