No me gustaron tantas escaleras para acceder a recepción y sin ascensor ....no puedes subir maleta grande hasta planta recepción , es un inconveniente.

Excellent location by beach. Okay for one night stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent, right on the beach but the entrance was a bit difficult to find. There was no permanent receptionist. The cleaner, who was very friendly and helpful, called the manager/owner, who checked us in. The cleaner showed us the parking; which was in a slightly dodgy basement under the hotel. The room was clean and modern and had everything needed, but was a little small. Breakfast was limited and in a restaurant next door. After 9pm the hotel was unmanned.

Cons:

Lacked character/personality. A bit corporate.

Super close to beach, bars and restaurants
Comfortable beds

Cons:

Loud environment, you can smell the backroom of restaurants around
Ants in the room
Very poor marking of the hotel - barely noticable from the street
Provided parking spot was bad - larger cars (SUVs, vans) do not fit. Finding alternative parking was difficult and stressful.
Rooms were not very spacious

Kleines feines Hotel in Promenadenähe
Pros:

Die Nähe zur Promenade. Der Bus hält vor der Tür. Freundliches Personal

Cons:

Das Parken war schon eine Herausforderung und die vielen Stufen mit einem Koffer ist auch nicht schlecht.

Wir fühlten uns, auch über die Darstellungen hier in Booking, leider etwas übers Ohr gehauen…

Die Lage war direkt an der Promenade

Cons:

Das Hotel ist kein Hotel, sondern das 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses, in dem man die Wohnungen zu Hotelzimmern umgebaut hat. Das führt zB dazu, das der Lichtschalter zu unserem Flur, sich weiter in der Lobby, außerhalb unseres Zimmer befand.
Nett war, das wir, nachdem wir bei der Ankunft festgestellt hatten, das das Lattenrost gebrochen war, wir ein anders Zimmer bekamen

La centralita' della struttura.La gentilezza del receptionist.

Il garage che era un antro sotto il palazzo.
La scala di ingresso della struttura soprattutto con delle valige pesanti.

Bliskość do plaży

Cons:

Śniadania były najgorsze jakie kiedykolwiek jadłem w Albani. Bardzo , bardzo skromne , mężczyzna nie ma szans aby się najeść . Picia było dosłownie 100ml na osobę , za więcej kazali sobie płacić . Ogólnie śniadanie to żenada .

Er zijn heel wat mooiere hotels in de buurt.
Pros:

Vriendelijkheid personeel.

Cons:

Het hotel is absoluut geen 4☆ waard : het heeft slechts 10 kamers & maakt deel uit ve verouderd appartements gebouw.
Het heeft geen restaurant & geen bar, noch 'gemeenschappelijke' ruimtes.
Het 'zicht op zee' moet je met een grote korrel zout nemen.
