Pros:

Quite large hotel rooms for Japan. Staff was very helpful in finding a doctor to for us since 2 members of our group was not feeling well.

Cons:

I don't think the location is very central. They were not able to help us with getting tickets to ghibli, which isn't their fault obviously. Just want to share things that's not within their control.

お部屋も広いですし、綺麗ですし、食事も美味しいですし、スタッフも親切でした

Cons:

特になかったですが、強いて言えば液晶テレビのカバーがついてるのですが、少しそこが汚れていたことぐらいですかね。時々外して、そのカバーを拭いた方が良いのではないかと思いましたそれと、洗面室に入るところのドアの周りが少し埃がついていたくらいですね。自分で拭き取りましたので

Exceptional hltwl with friendly staff.
Pros:

It was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, location is very close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff are very friendly.

位置方便，名古屋站或伏見站步行10分鐘左右都可到達，搭乘紅眼班機落地後可以先去寄放行李，行李還會直接送到房間非常貼心，櫃檯還能幫忙叫計程車。早餐味道不錯，偏向日式風格，旁邊的柳川晚上非常漂亮

Very good hotel if you are looking for an affordable place to stay in Nagoya.
