Pros:

Ausstattung war gut:
- Mikrowelle
- bisschen Geschirr
- Spülmaschine

Cons:

- WLAN hat nicht funktioniert
- relativ staubig

€100 Deposit Not Returned – No Explanation or Evidence
Cons:

I am very disappointed with how the hotel handled my €100 deposit.

After check-out, I was informed that the room had allegedly been left “extremely dirty” and that additional cleaning was required. However, the people who stayed in the room told me that they had cleaned it before leaving.

I asked the hotel to provide photos showing the condition of the room and an explanation of what exactly required extraordinary cleaning. I have received no response and, so far, my €100 deposit has not been returned.

As a regular guest, I expected much better communication and a fair opportunity to clarify the situation. If the hotel believes that additional cleaning charges are justified, I would simply like to see the evidence and an explanation of the costs.

I will update this review if the hotel responds and resolves the issue.

Pros:

Cons:

The stay was not pleasant: we didn't like the room, and we couldn't find any vacant place for a car.
Pros:

I didn't like anything.

Cons:

The room was awful, the parking was not available in the parking lot and couldn't be found in the neighborhood. The instructions on where to park and how to leave the room with all dishes washed were very long and detailed, but no one told that the floor would be dirty and sticky, the door to the patio would be very hard to close, and there would be a lot of men going back and forth right outside our room, smoking and leaving their litter on the table. The beds and the shower were not comfortable, and all the furniture was old and shabby. I would definitely call it a hostel, NOT an Aparthotel.
