Worst stay ever
Pros:

Nothing. It was the worst stay of my life and I travel a lot. It was soo dusty that my wife ended up having an asthma attack. When we complained the staff started fighting with us and said they won’t clean the room. We had to call the police as she was so aggressive.

Cons:

It was very far for everywhere. It was really dusty. And when we complained. They told us to leave the window open. We had 3 children with us and the staff were sooo rude. Also the tv didn’t work and was very small. The mattress were very cheap quality. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Niestety ale obiekt pobrał z naszej karty kredytowej kwotę 65 euro na sprzątanie kuchni " wie bereits im Voraus informiert, wurden die 65 € für die Küchenreinigung von der Schadenskaution einbehalten." Informacja odnośnie kaucji wysokości 100 euro dotyczyła uszkodzeń a nie usługi sprzątania kuchni jest to nie akceptowalne i wręcz jest to nadużyciem ze strony obiektu aby pobierać opłatę za sprzątanie bez wcześniejszego poinformowania nas o tym fakcie o ile kaucja na poczet uszkodzeń jest dla nas czyś zrozumiałym to absurdem jest samowolne ściąganie opłaty za sprzątanie jest dla nas nieakceptowalne. Un peu petit, sens d’ouverture de la fenêtre pas pratique, espace cuisine manque d’espace et pas pratique pour poser, un peu bruyant le matin, assez loin de Hambourg pas simple avec les correspondances des transports en commun
