No communication. Deceptive pricing.
Pros:

They charge an extra $30 a night for parking, I couldn't find this rate anywhere on there website. They said it's on the sign at the parking lot, which isn't clear. Might as well stayed somewhere nicer if they're going to up charge for everything. In addition, our water was shut off on our last night before traveling with no prior notice. We were given the option to drink the water bottles in the room for free, but there's only so much you can do with two water bottles and no running water.

Travesty Collection…
Pros:

Horrible customer service, forced cancellations, dirty rooms, and accommodations that barely meet the minimum expected of an upscale hotel.

The overnight clerk, Bre Frazier, was particularly unhelpful and seemed either unwilling or unable to offer any meaningful assistance with late check-in. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation, the response was inept and needlessly frustrating.

In no world does this property qualify as a five-star hotel, it barely qualifies as four-star. The standards of service, cleanliness, and accommodations do not live up to the brand or price.

Great location . Safe parking. Comfortable room.
Pros:

I liked the location of the property and the amenities. It was also beautifully decorated. Rooms decently cleaned although I felt our shower could’ve been cleaned a little better before we checked in.

Cons:

We were told we didn’t need a room key to leave the fenced hotel parking when we checked out so we gave the keys to the desk. But when trying to leave the parking it wouldn’t let us until we put a room key or credit card in so we put our card in and it charged us $50 . We called the desk and they said they’d have management remove the charge , it’s only been 12 or so hours so hopefully it’ll come off our account within the next couple days.

Didn’t like how checkout is 11am and they’re knocking and walking into our room at 10:20am when we had a do not disturb tag hanging on the handle.

Cool vibe & experience. Unique

Cons:

Our room had no toilet paper when we got there so we had to ask for it but they were very attentive and quick to bring it to our room

Pros:

Rooftop bar and art. Color themed rooms. We had a corner room with tub which was nice.

Cons:

Booked a green room got a yellow room. Not many places to eat nearby. No vending machines and stuff at counter was way overpriced but no convenience stores in walking distance so no choice.

This day was a much needed reset from our daily lives very much refreshing.
Pros:

I love the fact that the room was full of color. This hotel had a rooftop bar that made wonderful drinks and a awesome DJ every night was lively. The view from the rooftop was beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We really didn't interact with any staff as we were in and out enjoying our staycation. Also a + for us was that we didn't hear or see any children, not saying kids are a bad thing. But being away from our children and not seeing other people's children was nice.

Cons:

we didn't like that the room was dark. It looked like some of the lighting was removed from the ceiling and was replaced with white caps. The bed was a little too firm for our liking, so we did wake up with somebody aches. We had the blue room. The lighting you do get in the room is very damn warm lighting.

Pros:

The room was clean and the shower was nice and pretty. Loved the bright colors.

Cons:

I was told i had a free upgrade for some reason. Well, if it was a upgrade i would have been in a closet if we hadnt got it. Lol. Having to pay 30$ a night for parking should be known when booking. Plus they hold a $90 deposit ill get back in 7 days or more. Rooftop was was closed for private party so we didnt get to see that. Also breakfast, lol apparently the upgrade i received didnt included breakfast. All this should be upfront when paying. It was a quiet stay except for the party going on.

Choose Your Room by Color!
Pros:

If you want something besides the normal, generic hotel experience, this is the place to stay. Great location that's close to restaurants and entertainment, convenient, secured parking ($30/day), and contemporary art throughout the hotel--from the outside entrance to the lobby. Claims to be the only US hotel where you book a room by color (red, yellow, blue, or green). We chose yellow, and everything was very yellow and cheery! Our window looked out over the city with a great view of the arch. Incredibly kind and helpful folks at the desk (big shout-out to the very sweet Melissa who fixed a booking problem for me). The rooftop bar is a hihlight you can't miss. They even have a DJ on Thursday evenings. Great room prices too.

Funky hotel with fun theme and great location
Pros:

The location was great and the hotel itself had a really neat art theme. The room was bigger than I thought it would be and had a really cool layout. The restaurant and rooftop bar in the building were a bonus!

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great!

Più che un 5 stelle direi 3 molto scarse
Pros:

I would stay again however there are a few things to consider.
Pros:

Check in did take a while however she did give us free breakfast and bevy tickets. Rooms are IMMACULATE and beautifully done! We got a green room with a claw foot tub and it was AMAZING. Once you could get into the parking area there was plenty of parking room. The hotel has a really neat art theme and showcases many different types of art as well as has some for sale hanging on the walls. it is very upscale and in the down town area which is nice. The roof top bar had an amazing view. The breakfast was delicious (though do be wary it took us about an hour to even get our food).

Cons:

Once we got there we had to park in a small circle lot that everyone else was also trying to park in. Check in ran late past standard check in time. Found a dirty used towel in room as well as the forgot the bodywash initially. You have to pay to park on the hotel premises (which you can only park the parking lot once you check in an it $30 overnight). Some of the staff are pleasant while others are a bit rude. The rooms are a bit warm, especially for summer, and you cant change the thermostat. The rooms are a bit noisy not just from outside noise but also you can hear the water moving through the walls from other rooms as well as the roof top bar music from a middle floor of the hotel. Breakfast will cost you extra if you don't receive a voucher ( Standard breakfast meal is on the high end about $17 and a standard beverage about $6) Oh and the lobby is on the top floor and you cant access any other rooms until you have your key cards, which you have to use special guest elevators to even access the options for rooms and scan your key card.
