Hospedaje amplio y limpio.
Pros:

Si, muy espacioso.

Cons:

Solo que la bañera de hidromasaje estaba mala y se inundó la habitación, igual lo resolvieron en una hora.

This hotel ruined our trip to the region and we don’t understand the good comments left by the people. Please avoid this

Hot water for shower and spacious room

Cons:

Very uncomfortable. Fridge and telephone did not work at all. The towel and sheets did not seem very clean. Some electrical sockets in the room exposed and not fitted properly which seemed very dangerous. Breakfast was extremely basic and was not enough for the guests. The staff was not refilling the few items available. Out of our 3 days we only attempted breakfast once and tried out best to stay out of the hotel as much as possible. One elevator in the property was also not working so moving luggage was a nightmare.

Personal muy cercano y servicial.
Opción de desayuno tipo buffet turco muy variado.
Habitación bien equipada y espaciosa.

El tamaño de la habitación

Cons:

Cuando llegamos el de la recepción nos quiso cobrar otra vez lo que teníamos pagado por booking. Sin haber tomado la habitación ya nos comenzó a vender los tours, cuando le dije que ya los teníamos contratado nos preguntaba los precios para comparar. En los 4 días que estuvimos nunca hicieron la limpieza de la habitación al punto de tener que llamar para reclamar papel de baño. Durante el desayuno las 4 señoras a cargo estaban siempre fumando en la terraza y hasta la cafetera estaba vacía.

I really liked the attitude of the staff - everyone was friendly, polite and welcoming.
I would like to especially mention Mr. Samir from reception. He is very caring, pleasant and responsive. He helped me resolve my issues,, suggested places to go for a walk in Goreme, and even helped me to book tours with good prices.
Thanks to their attitude, I was left with a very warm and pleasant impression of my stay

Everything was quite perfect, amazing breakfast, perfect location, I took the transfer from the airport directly to Goreme and The guy at the reception also helped me by allowing an early check-in.

Bella terrazza panoramica
Pros:

Ottimo qualita'/prezzo. Posizione non centralissima ma a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Ottima colazione e terrazza panoramica. Belle camere spaziose.

Cons:

Le camere al piano -1 anche se hanno una terrazzina, sono buie e umide da evitare
