Загалом рекомендую цей готель. Смачні сніданки і зручне місце розташування. Приємний персонал.

Зручні ліжка. Чисто, світла кімната. Є чайник, телевізор, рушники, кліматизація.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.

First, the room was extremely old and poorly maintained. The bathroom had a terrible smell, and the floor was dirty. The air conditioning was not working at all, and the room was full of insects and mosquitoes that kept biting us throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep.

In the middle of the night, I went to the reception desk to ask for help, but there was nobody there. Eventually, a man from the restaurant next door came, but he only spoke Albanian, which made communication very difficult. After several attempts to explain the situation, he told me it was not his responsibility. He then called a woman to translate for us, and we were told that nothing could be done until the morning. As a result, we had to spend the entire night in a hot room full of insects without any solution.

The customer service was also very poor. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was unfriendly and spoke to us in a rude manner. His attitude became noticeably worse when he found out that we had booked through Booking.com. He initially tried to convince us to book directly through him for a price that was €30 higher than the rate on Booking.com. When I told him that Booking.com was cheaper, his behavior toward us changed for the worse.

Overall, the hotel failed in terms of cleanliness, comfort, maintenance, and customer service. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and I would not stay here again.
