Pros:

La chambre était grande et nous avions un accès direct à la piscine. La piscine est grande et assez profonde. Après notre bus de nuit, nous avons pu faire un check in anticipé. Les petits déjeuners sont aussi super !

Pros:

Die Lage ist großartig. Die Stadt ist leicht zu Fuß oder Fahrrad zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und gut. Fahrräder stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Zum Strand mit dem Rad kein Problem./ wir waren immer am Coconat Beach - sehr gut/ Der Pool ist sehr schön und auch gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auf Wünsche reagiert man schnell. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos. Die Betten sind groß, bequem und sauber. Das Badezimmer ist auch groß und geräumig. Insgesamt ist es ein kleines Hotel in ruhiger Lage und doch sehr zentral. Getränke kann man immer rund um die Uhr kaufen, die Preise sind sehr gut, nur wenige Dong mehr gegenüber dem Supermarkt. Wir verbrachten 17 Nächte dort und würden immer wieder kommen.

ローカルな雰囲気を感じられる滞在だったが、対応は適当
Pros:

街中から離れており、のどかな田舎の雰囲気が味わえました。周りは住宅街ですが、自転車の無料貸出しがあり、近くのカフェまで自転車で行くことができました。
帰りの送迎追加の依頼にも対応してくれたので、助かりました。

Cons:

隣で複数の鶏が飼われており、深夜から早朝に鳴き始めること。
帰りの飛行機が夜の便だった為、夕方までの滞在を相談し追加料金を支払えばOKとのことだった。
しかし、当日の朝「予約が入っているから荷物を持って敷地内で待っていてほしい」と言われ、12時に部屋を出ました。炎天下、ずっと外で時間を潰せるわけもなく、数時間ほど半屋外で送迎待機しました。

Er is schimmel in de kamer en niet zo’n beetje, het stinkt. Toen we zeiden dat we een verandering van kamer wilden kregen we dat niet en moesten we stante pede vertrekken. Heel erg onbeschoft heeft de eigenaar tegen ons geschreeuwd aan de telefoon. Dit is niet de plek waar je wil verblijven als je op vakantie bent. Zeker niet met de vele andere geweldige verblijven waar we al eerder hebben verbleven voor een betere prijs.

Pros:

A very nice and quite place to live with a scenic view on rice fields. No road noises because the villa is located away from the main roads. Hoa is a very nice person, helped and provided us with everything we needed even with our personal favors. There is a swimming pool in the hotel territory, but you can take a free bike and go to the beach, which is 10 minutes away from the villa. Thank you very much. I will miss.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

The facilities were spectacular. The service was impeccable; Hoa helped me with everything and made me feel right at home. The pool was wonderful; believe me, with Vietnam's climate, a place like that is a huge plus. The room was perfect: large and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All at a reasonable price. I highly recommend staying here; you won't regret it.

Cons:

I didn't like leaving; my stay in Hoi An felt too short.

Pros:

L’hôtel ne se trouve pas en plein centre ce qui permet d’éviter les nuisances sonores. Mais le centre est accessible rapidement à pieds ou à vélo (qui sont prêtés gratuitement par l’établissement). Et la vue sur les rizières est magnifique !

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, superbe piscine, situation près des rizières et proche de la vieille ville. Vélos à disposition pour aller se balader. Pratique pour l'arrêt de bus de da nang, à 2mn a pied.

Cons:

Je suis rentrée un soir a 23h le portail était fermé , j’ai attendu 40 minutes dehors impossible d’accéder a ma chambre, la sonnette extérieur ne fonctionnait pas, l’agent de sécurité dormait, je les appelait par whatsapp personne ne répondait… ils ne se sont meme pas excusés ni aucun geste … alors que l’hotel se trouve dans un coin perdu, il n’y a rien à coté, pas de lumières, des chiens errants, meme pas un banc ni un café ou je peux m’assoir en attendant … d’ou la note basse
De plus la chambre est vieillotte
Les toilettes sentent mauvais
Il y a se la moisissure partout
La chambre n’etait pas propre
Rien avoir avec les photo mais au vue du prix bas, on ne peut pas s’attendre a grand chose
