Pros:

Het hotel ligt fantastisch aan de baai en door de hoogte heb je een prachtig uitzicht. Het zwembad is geniaal. De mensen zijn vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is super.

Cons:

De gym stelt niet veel voor en is wat oud en niet heel schoon. Ook rondom het zwembad (wc's, vloer) vond ik het niet zo schoon. De kamer was heel muf en er was maar 1 haakje in de hele familiekamer voor alle handdoeken en natte zwemkleding. Het was een beetje kamperen.

Hele fijne medewerkers ik heb helaas tijdens mijn vakantie een voedselvergiftiging opgelopen, maar het hotel heeft werkelijk waar ons tot in de nopjes ondersteund en geholpen! Top service!

Tolle Lage, super Frühstück, unschlagbares Zimmer und Aussicht

Cons:

Obwohl ich das Hotel gebucht und bezahlt habe, wurde beim Wilkommensgruß nur der Name meines Mannes vermerkt. Finde ich nicht so wertschätzend. Auch die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption und im Café im 1. Stockwerk könnte besser sein. Wir warteten lange und es wurde uns auch kein Menu angeboten, erst auf Nachfrage wurden wir bedient. Bei einem 5. Sterne Hotel erwartet man mehr. Ansonsten waren die anderen Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Pros:

the location is wonderful, 1-sec from the beach, you should do the jogging along the beach road. the Room was also perfect, beautiful ocean view with big tube, can't complain for sure.

Cons:

the staff at the front didn't greet to me, no word of saying hello or welcome, he just got my passport and did the check-in process with dry mood. I'm not specifying the individual, but need to edu your staffs attitude, I was not happy at all. :(

Pros:

We had a very nice stay at Rosamia Hotel Da Nang. The food was very good and the buffet offered a wide variety of choices every day. The staff was always kind, friendly, and ready to help with anything. The hotel was also clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The only negative point was the construction work at the hotel next door which could be noisy at night. However the hotel kindly provided earplugs for all guests. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture

Zimmer, Eingangsbereich alles sehr gepflegt. Zimmergänge so lala…

Cons:

Der Speisesaal hat Kantinencharakter und das Personal kam nicht hinterher um Ordnung zu schaffen bzw es sauber zu halten. Am Poolbereich gab es nur 5-6 Liegen zudem konnte man aufgrund von Baulärm dort auch nicht liegen. (Links und rechts vom Hotel entstehen zwei neue Hotels.)

Very relaxing time away. Lovely hotel.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff very friendly and couldnt do enough for you. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We didnt hear any noise from adjoining rooms or much from outside as we were on the higher floors due to an upgrade as there is construction on both sides of the hotel. We had the afternoon tea included in our room price which was delicious.

Cons:

The breakfast was the only criticism we had about this hotel stay. If you like a western type breakfast you will be very dissapointed. The food is directed to the local Asian tastes. Bacon and sausages were only available on a few of the days we were there. There was no orange, pineapple or apple juice available only unusual juices or water. You could order eggs as you like them and there was cereal, toast and cakes for the western taste buds.

Overall good value for money and pleasant stay for family with young child
Pros:

I like the hotel close proximity to My Khe beach. Most important, there is a staff named Tara who really took good care of my family and I when we were staying at the hotel. She was extremely attentive in serving us during our breakfast requirements and she handled pour check-out well with excellent arrangement of our airport transfer despite my family being 15min late to our scheduled transfer time.

Cons:

The hotel room chambermaid has over controlled on our hotel amenities with only one set of shampoo/bath lotion given per day despite there were 5 of us.
