We were treated with contempt

Apart from the Manager, the staff were nice.

Cons:

A good test of any Manager and hotel chain (in this case Logis Hotels) is when faced with a crisis. We checked in and received our key, but through our own inattention entered the wrong, unlocked and empty room. The woman who had been allocated the room arrived along with the Manager. Realising our mistake, we profusely apologised and collected our things to leave. The woman did not appear overly concerned, but the Manager became incandescent with rage repeatedly calling on us to get out, get out, go, go. I am 69 and my wife is 72, but he raged at us like we were two children caught stealing apples from a tree in his garden. I have stayed in modest hotels all over the world (China, India, Africa, US) and have never been treated with such contempt and disrespect as at The Terminus. We made a mistake and we apologised for it, but the Manager's reaction towards us, his guests, was disgusting and totally unprofessional.

Pros:

Auch wir haben zuerst einen Anschiss vom Chef erhalten, weil wir direkt auf den Hof gefahren sind. Am nächsten Tag hat er uns vor der Abfahrt in die Gavarnie geraten, den Pic de Tantes anzufahren. Ein Muss für Motorradfahrer!
Das Hotel ist okay. Neue Fenster mit Verdunklungsrollos. Keine Klimaanlage, aber Ventilator über dem Bett. Reichlich Abstellplatz und ausreichend Haken im Bad. Frühstück ausreichend, grosse Auswahl an Säften

Cons:

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ziemlich hellhörig. Wenn die Radfahrer 7 Uhr aufstehen, ist man halt wach 😀

Lovely first stay in Luz Saint Sauveur at this conveniently located hotel.
Pros:

Great location in center of village and close to public parking. We enjoyed convenience of breakfast and had a lovely dinner at restaurant. Had friendly interactions with staff at reception. Room was reasonable size.

Cons:

Maintenance required to address some small repairs in room.

Très bon séjour !
Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité / prix, chambre confortable et salle de bain bien équipée. Restaurant très bon et agréable pour manger dehors sur la terrasse.

Cons:

Dommage que pas de climatisation car il a fait très chaud.

La cama es comoda y estaba muy limpio.

Cons:

El hotel es muy viejo por dentro y se oye mucho ruido de las otras habitaciones especialmente de las de arriba. El suelo de arriba crujía encima. Huéspedes muy ruidosos. Suelo desnivelado. Está para reformar. Muy caro para lo que es.

Bien mais demandez une chambre ne donnant pas sur la rue

Les chambres et le petit déjeuner sont très bien

Cons:

Le bar en dessous avec la musique très fort assez tard dans la soirée. Les gens viennent à Luz dans un esprit montagne et ont besoin de se reposer avant de repartir en montagne le lendemain
